Great location, near enough to Bugis to reach it within a few minutes walk, but far enough to be quite peaceful. Really clean, good amenities and friendly staff. Also, it has a bidet.

Walls were thin and breakfast was meh.

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the MRT station and some great hawker markets. 7 eleven down stairs and across the road. Staff friendly and very helpful.

The room needs some hooks to hang bathroom towels to dry.

Top of our list would be the location! It was perfect. We had access to the nearest MRT, bus stops, shops and restaurants. Then there were the staff of the hotel who were really nice and made the check in and check out process smooth. And of course, the hotel's breakfast which we looked forward to everyday. Simple food yet scrumptious. Gave us the energy we needed to last till dinner so that we can actually go aroud and see Singapore. 😅 All in all, we had a wonderful stay at the Ibis Styles Albert.

The room was a bit too tight. We were a family of 3 adults and we each had a check in luggage and a hand carry luggage so the room was quite tight with all our stuff and us 3 adults. The shower too was quite small but it served it's purpose well.

The location was very good. It is a 2 min walk from Rocher MRT & Bus stop. The location is quite central and feels safe and well connected to most places. The Hotel has an inhouse restaurant on the ground floor which serves breakfast/Lunch/Dinner (Cost not inclusive) and a good waiting area. There is a 7/11 store within the hotel compound which is a boon for picking up basic groceries. Albert Court, is around the corner which houses multiple quiet pubs and has a beautiful sitting area in the open. The staff was polite and accommodating. Rooms were clean and sheets/towels were arranged/changed daily. Good place for a 4/5 day stay in singapore.

Rooms were a bit small. Thankfully we were a couple with only 2 mid size travel bags (suitcase) to fit in the designated space. It would have been difficult to move around the room with a large suitcase. Rest everything was great

The staff were hospitable and polite especially the staff at the restaurant. Rooms are very compact but well appointed. There was potable drinking water which is nice. The entire hotel looks aesthetically pleasing, new, and well maintained. Breakfast was nice and sufficient. It’s also walking distance to interesting places such as Little India and shops.

They had to replace my fridge as it was not working when I arrived. Small and shallow pool but it’s ok. One of the staff working in the graveyard shift is loudly playing video games which can be heard in the entire lobby.

The staff from the reception, housekeeping up to the F&B attendants were all polite and helpful. Breakfast was also good. Hotel location is near the MRT, shops and mall. Hotel size was fine too. It was overall a nice and cost effective hotel!

The room walls were extremely thin that the never-ending door banging from the guests beside us was aggravating. The 🇮🇳 guests might have thought that they have rented or they have bought the entire 8th floor to themselves, that endless noise and horseplaying was non-stop on the last 3 nights. They even rang the doorbell to our room at 1 am thinking that we were a part of their group. It was irritatingly inappropriate and disrespectful since the noise lasted till early morning. This absolutely ruined the rest of our stay! Pathetic behavior.

Great value property for Singapore - we wanted a comfortable place with a pool that was reasonably priced. No need for elaborate rooms as out all day and most of night at Grand Prix. It was perfect for our needs. The big pool was refreshing, the room was compact and offered free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge and bed was comfortable.

The room, storage space and bathroom was compact, but to be expected for rhe price. Would've liked more shade by the pool... perhaps more trees or portable umbrellas that you can use as required. Very hot in the morning/lunch time in full sun.

The comfy bed, full of facilities and the room is clean, the staff members were helpful and professional, staff who were on duty the day I checked in 'Ivy' and her team were super active and helpful. They allowed us to early checked in (we were early, about 15-30 mins before checked in time). The hotel is near MRT Rochor (Exit Short St.). Walking a distance about 3-5 min. And there is foodcourt nearby called 'Broadway'

The drop-off point(on Albert Street) is near the Mi Hotel entrance, so the taxi driver or Grab driver was confused and sometimes went wrong.

The room was great, comfy bed and linens AC working good, washroom is fine and We got a very nice view which I have requested. The location is wonderful, very accessible to anywhere you wanna go in Singapore. The Pool? We enjoyed it so much. And also I want to mention the staffs especially the Desk Exec. Huoi Zhia for being so nice to accommodate us to checked in more than 2 hours earlier. Thank you guys and more power to Ibis Styles Singapore Albert.

What I did not like is the shower curtain but it was fine. It is not a big issue at all. The TV is not so smart

This is very well located hotel, near Rochor MRT which is a great hub to get around, and there are superb food and cultural outlets very nearby. The staff are super helpful and efficient. The rooms are small but very comfortable beds. The small rooftop pool is a welcome bonus. This is my go to hotel for Singapore in this neighbourhood.

I stayed for seven nights due to visiting family, it would have been nice if they could have made the beds up properly everyday and changed the bed linen after three days. However, this is a small issue.
