Clean and comfortable room with excellent bath/shower. Staff are helpful and friendly. Very near the Expo station on the Metro so easy access to downtown Singapore and Changing airport

No food available late evening, but staff directed us to a shopping mall close by with plenty of outlets.

Location to the train station and airport. The hotel is on a business park so not a holiday destination. But served the purposes adequately.

We were there for 1 night yet housekeeping knocked on the door (actually tried to enter the room) to clean it. AT 07.45 IN THE MORNING. Our checkout was at 11. No idea what that was all about.

We were only there for one night - quiet and definitely not busy. So close to the metro, easy access from Changi, staff at the hotel were great and friendly. It's really close to One Changi - fantastic shops and food.

location was great, 15 mins from airport, right beside MRT station, pool on the top level was nice on a hot day, outlet shopping mall right beside hotel and plenty of food options available right there. perfect for a one or two night stay

Location is excellent. From airport take MRT to Expo. and the hotel is just across the road. So easy to get to anywhere from here. Also shopping Mall with eateries next door.

Very comfortable and convenient. We got upgraded to a suite for the night and it was very much appreciated. Close to shops and the mall.

The place is nice lots of food bars around .. M.R.T. the green line first stop expo station 5 minute walk to hotel . Brilliant. Same back to airport .. Saved a fortune on cab fares

Location was great and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Shopping centre & train is only a minutes walk away. Airport was a 5-10 minute drive. The gym set up was really good and clean as well. Pool towels supplied around the pool and very clean.

The buffet was average for such a nice hotel. There was a hair in the porridge and boiled eggs were cold and grey (well and truely over done). We didn’t end up eating breakfast at the hotel due to this and walked to the shopping center for breakfast.

The staff were very accommodating and even managed to allow for an early check in. Which was fantastic after coming off of a long haul flight. The rooms were super spacious with all the amenities. It’s location is conveniently located across from the MRT and even has a super market and small shopping complex next door.

My only issue with this accommodation was my email communication. I had wrote 3x on bookings.com app asking questions and even went to to there website and placed an enquiry. I also tried to call a couple of times before leaving my country. All this effort with no response communication, made it a little bit stressful to what we were arriving to.
