I liked the location. I liked the room and all the amenities it had.

I didnot appreciate that it was on the 3rd floor without a lift. Nowhere was to mentioned on the post. I wouldn't have chosen the flat if it had been mentioned. I was assigned the flat last minute. I also, would appreciate if simple things like salt or sugar or few sachets of tea or coffee or even a bottle of water is available in the room especially when someone is traveling across country. That is basic in most spaces especially in my country. It was really difficult to contact anyone. The numbers listed on the account didnot work or I never received responses to my messages. So I donot really know what is happening there.

A good location for us as we only used it to split the journey from Bulgaria to Cluj-Napoka. The place was hard to find but it could be our fault. It would be helpful to have more pictures of the exterior and better instructions. The apartment was good and had everything we needed. The only reason for the low grade is the fact that thet forgot to throw away the garbage from the bin in the kitchen from the previous customers and there was an empty water bottle left on the countertop. If everything was cleaned and we received better instructions how to find itz it could get even a 10 grade. The parking spot was a huge advantage.

Not well cleaned and hard to find.

It’s close to the public transportation; The neighbourhood is pretty quiet (we stayed over the weekend); It’s well equipped for a short stay. Comfortable bed, TV with Netflix. The host is friendly and very responsive.

The floor was not clean (actually pretty dirty), the socks got dirty really quickly. The kitchen could be better equipped (e.g provide a pan lid, a kitchen towel, basic seasoning like salt and pepper, thermal glove). We’re a couple but we found 2 small bath towels and only one large towel => 1 large bath towel was missing.

Room was clean, property was gated.

The block didn't have an elevator and our room was at the 3rd floor.

Extremely clean and comfortable apartments. It is perfect for a few nights or more. The host was very helpful and nice and everything was arranged properly. Easy to find with parking available. All people in the building were super polite and friendly. It is fairly close to malls, supermarkets and the old town. We will absolutely come back next time we visit Bucuresht. Thank you to the host and the cleaning staff! We had a really pleasant stay :)

- the room was big. the bed was comfy - value for money is excellent. - there was a kitchen in the room so we could cook some basic stuff - the location was fine. it is near a metro station as well as many buses so getting to the perfect center of Bucarest was easy (within 10-15 mins)

tbh everything was fine

++a bit remote area,but 500ms to 2 metro stations,no shop really close(next by cafe with small band of opening time),but very comfy parking,surprisingly quiet,all necessary things in the apartment and automated checkin was easy.With Bolt for 4-5Euros in 20-40mins to center(traffic in Bucharest might be hell) or 10mins footwalk to Metro and for 60Cents in 15Mins

This room is very cool, it was 37 degrees outside and didn't realize that AC wasn't on. For someone who can't really tolerate heat, this is big plus, and of course AC works perfectly too. I normally wouldn't really like staying on the 1st floor due to noise but this wasn't issue at all, it was all so quiet. I had a nice chat with a staff and she even helped me printing my bus ticket. I would definitely stay when I'm at Bucharest.

- the location is very good, it's Pipera district, the district of business centers with companies like Oracle; - it's a kind of apartments hotel, they have multiple similar rooms; - they have a lot of car parking places; - it's good for both short and middle/long term stays; - for middle/long term stays their rooms are furnished with stove, oven, washing machine, fridge; - good internet, smart TV.

- firstly they checked us in the room 25. It seems that it was smoked by cigarettes by previous tenants. But they quickly moved us to another room and it was much better.

The apartment is fully equipped, clean, and in good condition. Very quaite place. There is a lot of free space for parking. Owner is alweys ready to support you with very good reactivity.

There is no elevator. Bringing language on the second floor. The second door for the garden is locked, and you must walk around.
