Location Cleanliness

The staff in reception should be welcoming or atleast have some smile on their face 😃 This was the only 5* hotel where I didn’t find anyone smiling despite EID DAY 🤣

Location is very accessible and lots of restaurants and fast foods within the vicinity. There's a mall too around 300m with big supermarket for your convenience. The room is big and typical to those "real" hotels of yesteryears with clean sheets and comfortable pillows. Breakfast is great with lots of choices and offers either a sunny table overlooking the pool or a quiet table near the food area.

I think the wooden chair with textile covering inside the room will need some cleaning due to some visible stains in the arm rest and other parts.

Very kind staff members at the reception, all Saudi's been very supportive, and also the concierge services been very professional. Rooms are very clean, and the price is very competitive.

The only point that I would like to raise is more of a safety concern, the bathroom floor is slip hazard using the slippers provided by the hotel. I highly recommend that visitors receive better quality slippers to avoid slipping and getting injured.

Comfortable room with nice view over towards the Corniche in the distance. The gym and breakfast were good. The outdoor pool looked inviting as a place to cool down but was closed in the evenings as there was no lifeguard on duty. The location is reasonable and you can walk to the Corniche and some of the tourist locations in the city but it isn't easy. I'd imagine in the summer, you would need to take a car or taxi.

The room was a little bit dated and worn in places.

good facilities and staff from reception to cleaners excellent, the Breakfast staff went that extra mile to make our stay longer , we planned for two days stayed their 5 days , because of that excellent service , please pass on my regards to all of them specially George and Ridwan and samu club lounge only one staff but he gave us extra mile service , please pass on my special thanks for looking after my family ,, 7 star service !! will stay their again ! many thanks

Breakfast was mostly English style....it was good but too bland for Indian pallete. Atleast when Indians are staying.....I would suggest more variety for Indians as we prefer our regular Idli, Dosa, Sambar, Chapati and portato bhajk, puri, chole etc.....

The hotel is in an excellent location in Dammam. Close to the sea highway to Al-Khobar and there are plenty of restaurants and a large shopping Mall near by. The rooms are spacious and super clean and the breakfast is outstanding. Great job.

Staff is outstanding - helpful when asked, and not pushy or authoritative otherwise. Nice rooms, great pool and gym. Good location.

This is cultural, for sure. But, I can swim in the pool - my son can swim in the pool, his mother cannot. She can swim in the women's pool (which is a closed box) but, my son cannot. How is a mother supposed to swim with her son? (which is what she wants to do when I'm busy with business)

Very good location, close for every thing, shopping, groceries, restaurants, cafes...etc. I have booked a standard room it was comfortable with a good size. reasonable price & nice services. Car parking always available. If i go to Damam, it will be my first choice.

It would be better if they did a renovation for the room furniture & the toilets. The car parking doesn't have shades!! I hope they consider this point in the future.

From our arrival, and throughout our stay, we were greeted by wonderful, smiling staff that made us feel very welcomed. Nice view towards the sea. Very good breakfast. Relaxing spa department. Nice and green garden.
