Very happy with my stay here. Helpful and kind staff, decent quality rooms, good wifi, massive breakfast included in the price, they helped me with extra requests (luggage storage, printing, etc). Very kind people, who barely speak english, but willing to go the extra mile to use translator to get there. For this price, I couldnt have asked for more. Very good amenities nearby, big shopping mall, eateries.

far from places a tourist would want to visit, so calculate 30 mins extra twice for every single tourist trip you'd make compared to downtown stays. I couldn't make hot shower happen. Otherwise its a great place for this price, really.

The apartment is spacious, clean and smells nice. The staff was friendly. If it was not for the cold weather during my stay, I would have enjoyed it more.

In Riyadh's cold nights you would need more than an electric heater hanged above the apartment's entrance. The apartment was a living room & a bedroom, and the heater couldn't warm up the whole space! A separate heater for the bedroom would be great in such cold nights. In addition, it was strange to have the breakfast in the room with no option to choose what to eat!!

The place offers everything you need just as you need it: good price, clean enough, breakfast good enough. No complaints, though not extraordinary either. Kind stuff, helpful as much as they could (hardly speaking English).

Far from the city center. It took about 35 minutes of driving to go to the city center. Neighborhood with almost no attractions around. Can't complain about much. The place is as expected.

There is nearby Panda Market, ATM, small restaurants and other amenities. The hotel was clean.

I booked the Deluxe Apartment, but when I reached there, that apartment was not available. As per reception, there was a bathroom maintenance issue, so they accommodated us in 2 single rooms, which made our stay difficult with kids. However, reception added complementary breakfast with our 2 days stay.

The location is great as you can find everything nearby within a few steps. The staff was great and humble. Very clean rooms

One of the sofas was broken, and the washroom door handle was broker as well. It was not a big deal, but the room was super amazing.

what I like most about this hotel is that it is near to my workplace and decent compared to other nearby hotels.

The staff are not that welcoming and the cleanliness in the non-smoking room is not well-maintained.

Big Family rooms, peaceful environment, very helpful and supportive staff who will go out of the way to serve and support you especially Mr. Abdullah. He is gem of a person and very helpful.

Location, Good Size rooms, clean. Breakfast service to room. Spacious car parking, friendly staffs, and front desk.

There was a bad smell at living room, it may be temporary for any near cleaning.
