Helpful staff, big rooms, clean hotel and the breakfast was good also. During check-in they told me that not available rooms at the hotel which I booked and they upgrade my room as free of charge.

Electrical infrastructure needs to be changed, firstly there is no plugs near the bed and you need to turn-off all lights one by one that means there is no master switch to turn-off or on all lights. Breakfast is good but breakfast area is very small and a few tables and chairs only as the hotel has more than 30 rooms I believe, so the first time in my life I had to have berakfast with somebody else in the same table that I dont know them..

I stayed in 14 Apr 2024. The building was very clean, having enough parking information and side of the building. Moreover, there was underground parking through I did not try it. The staff were very nice, kind and supportive. The room was extremely clean and has all possible facilities with wide washrooms. Breakfast was reasonable and has essential items. The location was close enough to huge clothing and produce stores. A lot of restaurant also were close to the building.

I complained to the receptionist about the room they assigned me and asked her to change it. She was very friendly, didn't argue with me, and assured me that by the time I returned, my belongings would be moved to a new, better room. They actually followed through with the change

They initially assigned me to room 214, which turned out to be very small, and it appeared to have originally been part of another room.

The staff was really nice... the rooms were very good and the breakfast amazing!

Location is not the best... also, the hot shower was quite hard to get, but it wasn't cold as well, just warm. The window was ridiculous, extremely small, it looked night all day long inside the room

It's very best for the family ,,good location buffet is super and lots of parking and best for the money Little far from city but if u have car no worry ..20 minutes to down town

I really do not understand why people take buffet granted and waste so many items specially egg and omlets on the plate

Good service and comfortable and clean rooms. Reception staff are very helpful. Overall it's good value for money with good rooms. Ideal for a business visit. Will probably book again here.

After the 2nd day realized that unless you put the clean the room sign the rooms don't get cleaned. Breakfast is a bit average and after the 2 or 3rd day gets monotonous. Can improve with more variations and more tables for seating.

Wish I could write a lot about Golden Dune. Amazing, kind, and well-mannered staff. The room is so clean and spacious. Continental breakfast with great varieties and tasty. Perfect place for family. I wish them good luck. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Super clean.

Wish I could stay more. But I had to reach makkah for umrah. There are no negative things I found.

the Hotel was very good. Staff is helpful. The breakfast variety was ok. the cleanliness was very good. location is in a very calm area, away from traffic, and center of Riyadh, so you can access most locations, The shampoo and shower gel were very good, with a unique fragrance. they use very good air freshener in the hotel. I really liked it

the breakfast tables was very limited, you need to wait until a table is empty, or eat in the hotel reception area. there's not view from window the room has limited electrical sockets. if you have more than one mobile & laptop.

the room was good , always clean , staff are amazing - very helpful and always smiles , specially Mr. Yasser who helped me a lot during my stay

the bathroom design was not good as the toilet was installed directly in front of the sink and the distance between them is 20 cm, which makes using the toilet uncomfortable - My Room No. 303

Staffs were accommodating and friendly. They made sure that we are comfortable in our stay. It was nice of them to show us room options before finalizing our check-in. The hotel amenities are also exceptional from welcome complimentary food and drinks to hotel supplies and other necessities.
