Bit a walk to town centre so better short drive. Small town with number good eateries Very good value for a 3 bed rooms house , spacious with good internet. Quiet & relaxing place & has everything we need. Very clean & well maintained.

Furniture & house feels bit old. Only has 1 bathroom - not a big deal, already good value for money.

Very good comunication with the property, clear instructions, arrived earlier than planned and there was a very kind lady in the reception, so everything was very smooth. We appreciated the beds, very comfortable matrasses and pillows (i never take this for granted ....), all was clean, AC was working well (we needed to heat up the living room a bit). The shower and the hot water was great.

nothing in particular. Port Campbell is a very small town, with only 1 central street. you can - in theory - walk there from this property and it would be no more than 10-12 mins but you wouldn't do that as no sidewalks are there. no issues however, you can find some parking space everywhere.

Great place for an overnight stay. We were taking family from overseas to see the Great Ocean Rd. Staying in Port Campbell meant we could see Bay of Islands, Grotto, the Arch and the Apostles at first light with few people around. The accommodation was perfect for a family stay. Warm, comfortable, spacious, clean with a large eat-in kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was large but it could have been better stocked. It would've been great to have a few mixing bowls and a basic coffee maker such as a plunger.

The two bedroom cottage was well set up. The bedrooms were of a generous size as was the all in one kitchen, meals and lounge room. Shower was great and there was also a washer and dryer. The added bonus was an outdoor area set up with outdoor table and chairs but couldn't stay out there as long as we would have liked as the wind picked up and it was quite chilly.

Parking was a bit difficult but would still stay again.

Very nice 2 bedroom "cottage", very clean and well equipped (kitchen and washer and dryer). 2 balconies (front porch and back balcony). Easy check-in process (the keys are inside the unlocked unit). Someone comes by every evening in case there are issues (we had none). Perfect place to stay to visit the many sights of the Great Ocean Road. Very central to all the sights. Many local restaurants and a convenience/grocery store are close by.

Due to some unexpected circumstances, we had to change our check in date and the staff responded to our request within an half hour and made necessary arrangements, we were very pleased about this. The unit we stayed was very warm, with heaters in every room and aircon as well. We got wet on the beach during the day and all the wet clothes were dried in the rooms by the next morning. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We simply can’t ask for more with the price we paid.

The unit was very spacious and clean, it also had seating area out the back which was nice. The location is great, very close to all attractions and walking distance to town. Check in was very easy, late check in is available and keys were left in a safe place, no contact was required with anyone, just leave the keys at the desk for check out. Parking is available for each unit as far as I could see.

Nothing we didn't like, we had an enjoyable stay.

Communication was very clear and timely. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Shower was hit and good pressure. Parking just in front and always felt safe. The plates and utensils provided were clean. A delicious restaurant just down the street, very convenient. Check in and out was super easy. Dark and quiet area. Near the highway making it very convenient.

There was a spider near the coffee area.

Very friendly owner. Very comfy bed with the mattress heating option. Late check-in was organized without any issues. Spacious room. Easy to reach after 12 Apostles after the sunset.

It felt cold in the beginning of November. When I went to the toilet during the night, it felt so cold I thought I went outside. Luckily, the mattress heating made it better than it could be.

didnt see any staff. No one was there when we late checked in and early checked out, hence do not know how to rate them. The facilities in the room were good. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and good. Beds were comfortable. Location anywhere in port cambell is good, as it is a small town. So can not say much about location. Property wasnt beach facing or anything.

There were no heaters in the rooms. The night was cold and there is a reverse cycle only in common area, not in bedrooms. even if you keep the door open, there were no table fans provided, which you could place at door to push the warm air from common area into the bedrooms.
