We stayed in the ground floor room facing the beach. Very convenient, you have access to the beach through the front door as well as access to the carpark through the back door. A well presented good size room with everything you might need. Clean and tidy, no smell of mold or chemicals. Superb location, very close to the beach and cafes.. The roadworks in front of the property have been largely completed, however there is still some construction going on in the main street not too far away. Once completed, it will be a beautiful spot.

The bed was a bit too soft for me, but that is a personal preference.

Super comfortable and large apartment in a great location in Port Campbell! Walking access to everything you need and only a five minute drive from the Twelve Apostles. Super smooth check-in process and the staff were very helpful with any queries we had. Plenty of space for five people and great information on the amenities available in the town even during the off-season. Beds were extremely comfortable and great to have an electric blanket! Always fun to have a smart TV too.

Very hard to fault anything - only issue was that the heater/air conditioning was not working upstairs but the downstairs heater was sufficient. Would have liked a desk lamp to use for the sofa bed room for reading also.

Great location, comfortable, warm and very pleasant to stay. Port Campbell is the best little town and the people and staff are so friendly.

When we visited there were a lot of road works. We were advised of this after we made our booking but before checkin. Maybe had I known about the extent of the roadworks I would have booked elsewhere. Not really the fault of the property but maybe local council need to think long and hard about how they tackle road works in a small town. When the roadworks are finished this will be great place to stay along the GOR.

The Location was the best part. across from: the bay-The view was amazing, the best restaurant, the main street for breakfast. It was all right there. 10 minutes from 12 apostles and razorback. The communication from the management was extremely quick and helpful. 12 Rocks Restaurant and Grassroots Deli/Cafe Both loved both!

The kitchen was good. If we stayed longer, or filled the apartment with max people allowed, the number of dishes and utensils would've been short. But it was everything we needed since we didn't plan to cook in. I honestly believe that the management would find more if we asked for it. they are great! The Local restaurants are also delicious so take a vacation from cooking.

Our chalet was very close to the beach and restaurants/cafes etc. There was also a convenience store very close by. The chalet was very clean wth excellent facilities. Bed was comfortable with crisp linen and large,thick towels were provided. There was off street parking available. Check in and check out was very easy.

Quite steep stairs up to the second level could be a problem if more than 2 guests have a mobility problem.

The split floor apartment is right next to Port Cambell Beach, where we enjoyed sunset. This is a very small village so everything in nearby. There is even a Tesla Supercharging station in the village. The apartment is very spacious. It comes with 2 lounges!

We found the beds were a little softer than we would have liked. While not a problem for us, the stairs could be a challenges for people with limited mobility.

Fantastic location close to the key highlights of the Great Ocean Road. Port Campbell is a lovely town with good amenities and the villas are literally a 2 minute walk to groceries/restaurants etc. The villa itself was immaculate, great view out to the coast (even with the current town renovation works taking place) and well appointed with all the comforts of home! Brilliant value for a 2 night stay.

Kaylene at reception, was excellent - friendly, helpful & informative. The location in Port Campbell is the best. The units are comfortable (if maybe a little in need of some updating) but we love staying here.

A few maintenance issues that we reported to reception (& one we're we're told about at check in, and offered a different unit if it was on concern). None were major & didn't affect our stay.

Property had all the basic requirements, electric blankets were great for winters. Nice view even though there was some construction going on in Port Campbell. Loved the beach front access!

The stove was quite small, and the utensils provided were big so we could only use one burner at a time. And someone else had parked in our spot, luckily there were other spots available to park so no issue. Everything else was good.

Nice and huge apartment. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. We were four adults and two little kids. The apartment has everything necessary for a nice stay. The rooms are big and comfy. The living room is huge. The kitchen is well equiped. They have a space outside which is great to eat outside or just relax a bit. Covered parking. In the middle of the city and just a few metres away from the beach. There is also a nice walk from there to a lookout where you can enjoy the nice beach.

Is not the most fancy place you could stay, but sure is a good value for the money place.
