The accommodation just clean, comfortable for the price and beds are super comfy 10/10. The friendly staff is what made this stay super exceptional they really make you feel welcomed and understood that travelling with 2 toddlers can be a bit stressful.we even enjoyed having a joke about which lighted our mood. Of course travelling with 2 toddler we are bound to forget something and leave it behind the staff found the item called quickly so we could pickup after we got our coffee on further cleaning of our room they came across my husbands ear buds and contacted us they kindly post ear buds to us. I cannot fault the staff you are kind and generous we will returning to port Campbell sometime and definitely will be staying with you.

I could have eaten off that shower screen! Very clean property. Comfortable and cosy and a good location. An easy walk to restaurants and the bayfront. Very simple check in and out (both outside of office hours) and manager thoughtfully had turned to heating on for our arrival on a cold evening. Good kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Was very happy with everything!

I love all of it. The check in and out was fast and easy. Luckily for us, there were just only us and one group that day. The parking is spacious and we able to park right in front of our unit. The heater was the warmest from other apartment that we have stayed. The location is quiet and not hard to find. Wish we could stay longer nights but we were on the way to see the Twelve Apostle. The shocking thing is just the bed has a roller which all apartments I stayed have all of them. I think its normal for Aussie but inconvenient to us lol. I would recommend and will repeat if I have the opportunity to come back.

The unit was much more spacious than we anticipated, I didn't realize it was 2 stories when I booked! So it was fantastic to be able to spread out. Location was just what we needed

I really appreciated that the heater was turned on prior to our arrival as it was 3 degrees outside. However, it took us a while to find all the cracked open windows that was letting the heat escape. Once we had those closed, then the heater wouldn't have to work so hard.

We love Port Campbell... it's a small town far enough away from Melbourne so as not to be too crowded. The staff are awesome... incredibly welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Shout out to Sue! Rooms are clean and comfy, and we like the location... a slight walk from town centre, far enough away for quiet, near enough to stumble home from the pub.

What wasn’t there to love?! The shower was large and spacious and vastly amazing, two double beds saved me from losing another rock-paper-scissors game and after a very long drive, it was amazing to be close enough to the town hub to walk down and collect dinner.

The venue was perfect. Maybe splashing out on a mini luggage elevator aha. I had to really heave my suitcase up the few steps.

clean, comfortable, modern and safe location is perfect, close to major attractions and town centre. just that most restaurants close early, even super markets. Thankfully we have a small and well equipped kitchenette to cook simple food. The apartment is close to car park, making it so easy for us to move our belong from and back to the car. Would love to return for a longer stay.

The location of the motel was good. Also the motel itself was worth it with all the amenities required for a family... Enjoyed staying here.. the lady at reception was really good.. If I have to choose to stay here again, i would definitely do that..

There was nothing not to like or nothing to dislike for this motel.. only had one bitter experience with some next door rentals who were drunk and playing loud music late at night (past 11 o clock) and telling them to stop was not helpful..

Loved everything about this place! It was one of the nicest, cleanest motels I have ever stayed at. The room I booked was a two bedroom and it a great size for a family of four. A half toilet downstairs meant we weren't all waiting in line. Beds were comfy, there were additional pillows, blankets and all the amenities you could ask for just like a hotel stay. The kitchen had a full fridge, microwave, coffee pods/ machine, oven, stove top, ample crockery and utensils. The receptionist was super kind to run the heater for us before we checked-in which kept us warm and comfortable from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend as it is worth the price.

The shower was extremely small.

Big one bedroom apartment with everything you need. The best single person couches I've ever seen - I want to buy one! The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was huge. I was in room 13, which seems to have been designed for people with disabilities, so there are no stairs, and it is very spacious.

Bed was too soft for my liking.
