I had an issue with my car when I was staying at the hotel, Mr Reyes was an amazing help trying to sort it out for me, without his help I would have been totally lost - thanks so much Rafael. the room was very generous (room 3) and comfortable with a super bed .

The laundry service could be improved

Overall it was fine, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The area is relatively quiet. The parking couldn't be much more secure. The staff didn't speak any english (being that it's Mexico I can't really fault them for that...), but this didn't stop them from trying their best to communicate anyways.

It's pretty much just a place to sleep, which isn't necessarily bad, but there isn't much atmosphere to the place.

It is clean, the bed is so confortable, i love the shower, the place is quiet, you don't hear any car or street noise. Nice big flat screen with many many series or movies. And staff is very helpfull and friendly. Nice coffee shop at 3 min walk (Breaking Bread). One of my 2 best hotel in Mexico so far.

Unfortunatly if you have noisy neighbour, you will hear them making love, walking with shoes (i guess it was high heel), talking, taking shower. I experienced it 1 night of my 6 nights there. That's why i can not give a 10. Also one of the receptionist don't like to wear his mask.

Lovely rooms with modern style and best or all: hot water!

Humid in the room - requested a fan -helped. Mouldy blinds. Art work was not relaxing- actually found disturbing.

It's new, clean, spacious.

The wifi was slow, and there was no fan nor a/c so in the morning it gets very warm, even thourgh the curtains were there. Also the wall to the bathroom is half-transparent, so you don't get full darkness during the night, as there are no curtains there.

This hotel offers good, clean and comfortable stay at a good price. It's located in a safe area of the city with good restaurants and cafés although is not very central. The staff is very kind and helpful. I've stayed there twice and will definitely stay there next time.

There's no restaurant at the hotel and no coffee machine inside the room, so one needs to go to a vending machine to get a coffee or snacks. It is also a bit hidden and taxi drives struggle to find it, mostly because it doesn't have the name of the hotel or any signalisation outside and it looks like a normal house from the street. The refrigerator inside the room is a bit loud and in the night it's a bit annoying. Both times that I've stayed there, there has been also some sort of construction work noises in the morning.

The staff were very kind and accomodating, the room was large and we found it very clean. We requested a parking spot for our car and we got a closed garage close to the reception, this was great since we were traveling with lots of luggage and left most of it in the car.

The room was not very quiet, we could hear people at the reception. The hotel was a bit hard to find, pictures of the front door or a big sign at the entrance would have been nice. Finally, this is a minor thing but we missed having cable tv, just to see some local news.

It is not exactly a hotel, rather an airbnb style property. They have 24/7 reception, so that was good.

There is no place nearby to buy food and water, so make sure to bring some with you.
