Nice breakfast, and bog rooms, the view of the room its good, and have good refrigerator and TV inside the room, comfortable, and have a good machines in the Gym

The location, not have many options of restaurats close to the hotel, but can walk around 4 block to find a Walmart supermarket, or in the main avenue to the mall, but its around 20 min walk

The hotel is close to everything

Too many kids banging on doors, the floor or the ceiling, screaming and running around. They started really early, every day.

The hotel was impecable, good location, many restaurants nearby. The staff always available and willing to help. Finally, our pet was always welcomed and felt very comfortable. 10/10 I would return if given the chance.

The breakfast was always the same, not the same, but also a great option for the given value. Nothing particurlarly wrong, tho. Still, some variety would be cool.

Everything was pretty clean, the variety of the breakfast, the pool was warm and not so dirty.

The dinning room was a little chaos within the breakfast hours and the tables were filthy

Everyone with a very good mood attending us, the breakfast fresh and good taste, the room was clean and comfort. It was a good rest to spend the night there. Thank you.

Everything was excellent. Clean, nice and spacious room. Comfortable, big bed. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Highly recommend.

Very supportive staff. We were driving (multi-day road-trip) and had a lot of luggage with us. The staff was great about helping us unload and get situated in the room. Getting back on the road the following day went equally well. Security in the parking lot was good and we had no concerns about leaving our vehicle overnight as the parking attendant allowed us to park close to the security booth (staffed 24 hours). Breakfast in the morning was great also!

I Liked the Staff, the temperature of the pool and how clean the room was , I would like they left more towels in our room and more products as Soap it was not enough as I was traveling with my husband and son , and maybe if the duvet could be less cold it would be fantastic

My window had water in the internal surface in the morning due the different temperature inside and outside and there was no way to open the window :(

Location is good. Staff were really friendly and the room very comfortable

My room did have a loud noise due to the air conditioning machine
