These are in a great location , just 10 mins walk from the train station and Lake ferry terminal . Perfect location . Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk . The apartment was a nice size and simply but tastefully furnished . The staff are very helpful and respond to question promptly before arrival .

These apartments are not for those with mobility issues , lots of steps and no lift . But the biggest issue for us was the noise at night from the restaurant in the building and from other apartment users shouting at each other when going up and down the stairs .

The location of the apartment is perfect. On the first floor there was a good restaurant, so we did not think much where to eat something special. Apartment was clean and comfy.

It was a rainy day when we checked in, we arrived earlier and wanted to ask if it's possible to check in a bit early as it's raining heavily. No one answered our calls. At the same time the host kindly allowed us to check our later than was agreed on, we had time to explore Como without our luggage. That was very kind. Thanks for that.

Fantastic location, right behind the Duomo and minutes away from the lake front, many restaurants and all the nice things in the centre of Como. Impeccably clean flat, with new and powerful air conditioning. Lots of space. Comfortable beds, nice new bathroom with large shower cabin and complimentary toiletries. Super-responsive and kind host/owner - grazie ancora, Elisabetta!

The stairs leading to the mezzanine bed are a bit wobbly - not a major issue, but it could be a risk for small children or people with limited mobility.

Loved the great central location, just a minute into town and the lake. It was very clean and comfortable. A very attractive apartment.

Our taxi driver dropped us off in the street, beside a big wooden door. This I assumed was the one we were instructed to, but it had no keypad. It was only after 10mins of panic that we realised it was the wrong door! Ours was the opposite door, at the restaurant entrance! I wish the restaurant had been mentioned in the instructions. And the door number 6 was obscured by fairy lights and vines.

A lovely loft apartment with lots of space, and a great location right in the middle of town. We really appreciated the fridge and all the facilities. 24 hour car parking was nearby and we could easily arrange to load and unload luggage at the property. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly to messages.

We did have a sudden storm that blew water up underneath the tiles and it leaked into the room. But staff were very helpful and quick in response: no harm done. :)

The location cannot be better! Centrally located only a few blocks from the lake and adjacent to several piazze, the apartment was quiet, comfortable and perfect for a short or long stay. Recommended!

Please note that if you have heavy luggage, there are no elevators and one must walk up several flights of stairs (at least in the building where we stayed). The restaurant on the ground floor and mezzanine, while lovely in design, is a tourist trap: overpriced with blaring music and poor service. I have lived and worked in Italy for more than 15 years and this restaurant is bay far one of the poorest in terms of food and service.

The location was amazing, very close to Como Lago Nord train Station, supermarket, Cathedral and ferries. Highly recommend. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and had a decent kitchen, very comfy bed, good shower and a fantastic restaurant below the apartments (we spent nearly 4 weeks in Italy and Restaurente Sociale had the best risotto out of everywhere that I tried. We only wish we had gone back more than once.

We stayed 5 nights and they only serviced the room on day 4. so we needed to buy our own toilet roll as they only provided one roll, not a big deal but was unexpected. Whilst not an issue for us, be careful if you dont like stairs or have heavy bags as no lifts, we knew this ahead of time so it was fine (we counted approx 65 stairs to 4th floor)

The cleanliness, friendly and helpful nature of the owners, including their offer to upgrade to other premises nearby at a discounted rate due to the lack of an elevator to the third floor. The new accommodation was exceptional. The original accommodation was satisfactory.

The 90 stairs to climb or descend toand from the 3rd floor each and every time we entered or left the building.

We absolutely loved staying here as a family with our 1yr old baby. We were accommodated to perfectly. The apartment right in the heart of Como and is only a 2 min walk to all the want to be areas. There are a few flights of stairs but that wasn’t a problem for us. Would recommend to stay here if you’re with a family or a couple as the location was great for the price paid.

Nothing, it was great.

The location is stunning, right next to Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta and next to Lake Como. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around. Elisabetta is super nice, quick and detailed informations for whatever you need for your vacation. As a side note: if you travel to Como by car, there are a lot of spaces where you can park, but make sure to not drive into the city centre without permission (you can look it up on Como website)
