Everything was good - I did think originally that breakfast was a little expensive, but maybe not so given Biarritz prices generally, and we had the convenience of having breakfast there and then, rather than going out to find something on our way. Room very pleasant with a good view, everything was clean. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Small issue with hot drinks in the room - not enough coffee pods for the machine, they seemed to be tightly rationed, as was the milk, which was very hefty UHT when we obtained it! Mosquitoes - absolutely lethal on me - 30 bites, including some the following night after applying repellent. My friend didn't get any bites - well, one small one on her face. The can of insect killer was the clue - do not chance leaving window open for air!

Beautiful, modern and appeared to be recently refurbished. Right in the centre of Biarritz, less than 10 mins walk from the beach or the shops or bars. Nice little courtyard garden at the entrance and a small outdoor terrace from the breakfast room. The breakfast was limited (if you want cooked full English it isn't for you) but it was very high quality. Freshly squeezed oranges, local cheese, delicious cake, yoghurt, muesli, salmon, fresh boiled eggs, baguette, croissants toast etc. plus tea and freshly ground coffee machine. Easy, cheap and frequent bus from hotel (2 mins walk) to airport. Extremely good value hotel that is clean and welcoming.

The view from the room was not great (a blank wall) but if this is important you can pay extra for upgrades. We were happy that we had fantastic value for money in a clean, modern room with a spotless and beautifully refurbished modern bathroom.

The staff in this hotel were super friendly. I had made a mistake with the booking and they went our of their way to facilitate me to solve the problem. We stayed in a deluxe room and it had a view of the sea. The beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was very central. Breakfast was nice and the staff provided me with gluten free toast. They also have a lovely garden just outside the hotel

Our bedroom was well furnished, small which is probably quite normal but the main issue was with the light which was streaming into the room from the light house all night. I would suggest that a blind is fitted to this window. Also would it be possible to keep one of the rooms downstairs open after the staff have gone home so that people have somewhere to sit.

I stayed with my daughter for four nights. The hotel is in an old Biarritz house, charming and well maintained, with a nice garden, central location and convenient to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarket, the market les Halles vicinisssimo) near the ocean. I booked a room with a terrace. The room was small for two people, but well organised, clean and quiet. The bathroom had a window and a wonderful shower. The terrace with sun loungers and chairs was very enjoyable. The manager and the staff were very friendly. They welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and sweets in the room, nespresso-compatible coffee machine, water. There is also a mini fridge in the room. The excellent and varied breakfast is served in a cosy room with a balcony, where you can stay if the weather permits. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful breakfast with great choices. The location was perfect: les Halles with lots of restaurants was just behind the hotel, there was an interesting church also round the corner, and it was a short walk to any part of the beach promenade. The bus stop for the airport was just a short walk across the nearby park. There was a mini-supermarket also in the Halles area.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Location is perfect, in the city center, 5 minutes to the beach, close to the market. Cozy atmosphere, reception ladies are very helpful and friendly, especially young lady-dog Yana 😁 Breakfast is very good, French styled, with fresh orange juice, cheese and jamon. 15 from 10!

One small detail - we really needed blackout curtains in our room for the night, because it was pretty bright.

Very nice and cozy boutique hotel, much attention to detail (decor, daily water refills, stacked minibar, coffee et.), great location with all main places of Biarritz easily reachable by foot. The staff was very accomodating and attentive (including a nice welcome champagne though I arrived after closure of the reception), and the breakfast was delicious, although the variety could be improved a bit.

High prices, but this is very typical for Biarritz in August and compared to other places it was a great value-pick!

I booked for my friends travelling from New Zealand on holiday. They absolutely loved it and couldn't fault anything! Peaceful, welcoming staff, comfortable. And the bonus is the location! next to a little park, in a quiet area, yet only 5min away walk to bars and restaurants or the beach.

The hotel was quaint and in a good location. They have a nice, tranquil courtyard where you can sit and have a cup of tea or coffee and feel completely relaxed! The room we had was lovely and very clean with a view of the city.

We made the mistake of keeping our windows open at night because it was hot, so we were covered in mosquito bites the next morning.

Loved my room and the French style of the hotel. It was homely, very clean, staff were very friendly and there were lovely touches such as croissants in reception. The resident dog was lovely also and very well behaved. I would recommend and would love to return.

Would have liked a bigger selection at breakfast but the breakfast room was very nice.
