We were welcomed in our room with a sweet treat and a lovely hand-written card in my language to wish us a pleasant stay. Since they noticed it was my birthday, we also got a glass of orange juice for free served directly to our room (Thanks again Valle, you're the best!) I also really appreciated little welcoming touches, like having water at your disposal at the reception (plus a bottle of water in the room), or the voucher for a free glass of Agua de Valencia in one of their other locations. Outstanding staff, perfect location in the old town. Most of the attractions are at walking distance. Very nice little SPA, the first hour is free, but book your slot in advance. I was staying in a room which was orientated towards the interior of the structure, so it was very quiet and pleasant. Comfy and large beds, safe available, complimentary slippers, very good coffee maker in the room. You have all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating in, with a medium sized fridge.

Everything was perfect, but I found the temperature in the room and in the SPA a bit too hot. In the room i tried to regulate it with the thermostat but it didn't seem to work. I didn't ask at the reception since opening the windows was enough to cool the temperature down.

Spotless room, super location, really helpful reception staff, especially Giada and Silva. I loved the complementary time, as a guest of the hotel in the spa. Room looked over the Central Market..amazing and it had all the facilities you could need, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and dual hob. A fridge also

If you were a light sleeper the street noise might bother you, but it didn't bother me. I found the lighting a bit dark in the bedroom.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, right outside the Mercado Central and very close to the Silk Exchange (La Lonja de La Seda). The staff are well trained, attentive and very friendly, especially Victor at Reception. Victor was really helpful throughout our stay, gave us tips on places to see and good restaurants, helped with booking restaurants and taxis. We are so impressed by his professionalism and efficiency.

Nothing. Everything was good during our stay and we can't complain. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family who will visit Valencia. And of course, we'd happily stay at the hotel again.

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Hotel is quiet and private. The location was phenomenal, right across the Mercado Central in the heart of the old city. Walkable distance to the famous Plaza de la Reina, Plaza del Ayuntamiento and other attractions. It was also easy to reach it from the airport - metro and a 10 min walk through the city. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating - available 24 hours a day. We would choose the hotel again.

the staff was very courteous and especially helpful with parking considering the fact that it is located in the center of town; they also facilitated me with the check out time. The apartment is not in the main building but it is really very close and easily accessible; they accompanied me; the apartment is modern, well furnished, clean, spacious, comfortable for a family of 3 or 4.

Location was perfect only a short taxi ride from the airport (approx. 20 Euros). For the rest of the holiday we walked to all the major sites - we even walked to the beach which took 2 hours but flew by as so much to look at and great places to stop for a coffee or two. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until departure we couldn't of felt more welcome. The team on reception helped with everything from recommending restaurants, local places to drink, best times to visit markets and local attractions (they even helped open a bottle of wine when our cork screw failed us). We will most certainly return and I have already recommended to friends.

It was amazing stay in MYR. We had beautiful room 305 overlooking the market. Out room was kept clean everyday and housekeeping replenished towels and coffe pods. Breakfast menu is limited but it had actually everything we needed - jamon for breakfast made my day. But i can imagine that demanding guests and people living in vanity may have problem with this :). We tried also spa, which is small but lovely. We wanted to go again later but we had big schedule so we didnt make it. Front office ladies on night shift always helped us - we mainly met two ladies, but i do not remember names - one started with G. Altogether we loved our stay in Myr and this hotel, rated as 4 star, makes service worth of 5 star.

Some people not might like noise from street, which personally we didnt mind at all.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful- both the Reception and the room staff. We had a room with kitchen facilities which, as we were opposite the main market, allowed us to chose whether to eat out or eat quality market produce inside. The room was very modern, well equipped and clean. It's location is right by the market square in the centre of town and was very accessible. There was some outside noise, as you would expect in a city centre, but as we live in a rural area this made a not unpleasant change for us!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were greeted by the lovely Victor who took his time recommending a few places and was overall a pleasure. In fact every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly and helpful with our every enquiry. The location was superb, in the midst of it all with a lovely view of the mercado central. Our room 305, was spacious and well thought out with all the extras, kitchen facilities, coffee machine etc. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be as central as possible. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel!

The spa is a little smaller than we expected, nevertheless we enjoyed our session.
