Apartment in a good location and staff were accommodating and friendly, with the exception of the housekeeper who was a bit unfriendly and inflexible. The apartment was clean. The tv is good with access to subscription services and can be streamed to via iPhone.

There were a couple of issues with the hot water, broken elevator and dropped wifi, but these were all rectified quite quickly. The sofa bed, used as only a sofa on this occasion was highly uncomfortable and "saggy". The furniture (side tables and dining table) is a bit cheap and basic. The bathroom is not bad, but not very well finished and there is no shelf provided for personal items.

I loved the location to all of the main tourist spots. Very close walk to catch the bus to visit the city's impressive cathedral, known for its mix of architectural styles and its Holy Grail Chapel. Great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. I also appreciated the easy check in and the extra security of the building. I also loved the fact that I had a kitchen with all the necessary supplies to cook a meal if I wanted to. I enjoyed the fact that I could rest in the living room and enjoy opening the window to view the city.

I have nothing negative to say about the property.

The apartment was fabulous - such a lovely conversion preserving all the old features whilst making everything work well from a practical point of view. Very comfortable and we appreciated the smart tv when we stayed in to shelter from the big storm. Roger on reception welcomed us and looked after our bags on the first and last days while we explored the city. He was an absolute hero when we left - we wouldn’t have made our flight without him - after the storm the metro was completely closed and we couldn't persuade any taxi driver to take us because they were worried about getting stuck so Roger came down to the taxi rank with us and finally persuaded one driver to take us. Muchas muchas gracias Roger 🙏

The location was fantastic in the old part of the city. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Walking distance to some of the main attractions in Valencia but still quiet. The apartment was beautiful, on the corner of the building with 5 sets of double doors so very light and airy. Very clean and well maintained, the bed was huge and very comfy.

The kitchenette area was well equip for simple cooking but not enough room on the worktop for the toaster and kettle when taken out of the cupboard due to the plug socket location. It was nice to have a couple of mini bottles of olive oil for cooking but would have appreciated some salt and pepper as cupboard staples.

This self-catering flat is in the centre of the city, accessible by the metro, bus or taxi from the airport. Access is by key code to the building and key box to the room. Beautifully appointed, the flat was perfectly clean, well-decorated and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent in advance and we had all the information needed.

Having to leave! Valencia is a beautiful city, we came here for the marathon and will be coming back asap. We can't think of anything we'd change to the flat as it met our needs exactly and exceeded our expectations on quality and location.

One of the best options in terms of location, it is better not to come up with. The apartments are very clean, a bottle of water and coffee capsules were waiting in the room. Very convenient access to the building, and perhaps the most comfortable pillows, was super comfortable. Thank you.

When leaving the hotel, at 9 o'clock, it turns out that the staff comes to work only at 10-30, in the second central hotel, where they advise to take the keys, the staff also comes only to 10-00, and I need to go to the airport already. It would be great to warn about this feature when registering. I had to leave the keys on the window near the closed door, as there is no time to find out and run around the neighboring hotels. In general, it's okay, but it would be great to know about this feature in advance so as not to be nervous before leaving.

Suite was beautiful. Bed very comfortable. Shower/bathroom excellent. Living area very good. Location just perfect! Restaurants in abundance and sights, historical centre/centres minutes away. Absolutely wonderful location.Washer/dryer brilliant facility.

Very small cooking facilities but didn't bother us in particular as we ate out 90% of the week we were in Valencia. Fabulous bakery 30 metres away so bought gorgeous croissants, pastries etc each morning.

We arrived outside of reception opening times so reception arrived check-in in advance and issued door codes. The apartment was very spacious and bright and spotless. Excellent bathroom with a good power shower. All kitchen facilities that we needed. A very plus point was that there was housekeeping every 3 day. On check-out reception accommodated us in keeping our luggage until later that day. Another plus point was a laundry room. The location was perfect, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. 2 minute walk to Plaza de Reina, cathedral etc.

Nothing - everything was perfect and we would definitely stay at this or any other Mon Suites in Valencia again. We would highly recommend to other travellers.

Service was excellent. Lady on reception kindly messaged me to let me know the room was ready slightly earlier. Room was beautiful and in the best location. 100% will be planning on returning and staying at the property again.

The safe didn’t work properly and the body wash dispenser was broken. Toilet was quite noisy and went on for a long time after flushing (faulty flush maybe?). However, there we’re just small things that did not affect our stay whatsoever.

Very freshly decorated, modern, lovely living area and separate bathroom.
