It was clean, the staff were very nice 🙂.

The price and the location of the hotel itself. Someone was smoking pot/marijuana on the floor we stayed on and we smelled it outside in the parking lot as well.

I liked everything. I've stayed at several hotels in the Buckhead Atlanta area, and I love this hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites. It is one of the best in the area. I love the staff, especially Michael, Asa, Lauren, and Nyisa. They made my stay from the checking in to the checking out so wonderful. They are not only professional, they are kind. The Asst. General Manager Kheira Mitchell was so attentive when I voiced a concern, and she highly, professionally, took care of me and eased my concern. The room was so comfortable, and the bed and pillows gave the best sleep. Just an overall pleasant and relaxing stay. Free breakfast is such an added plus, which was also, very good.

The staff were all extremely kind. We were greeted in a welcoming way when we arrived and in the morning. When I was heading to the elevator with breakfast in my hands, one of the janitors saw me and rushed ahead to get the elevator for me. I was impressed. The room was nicely cleaned and so was the gym.

There seemed to be slightly fewer breakfast options than a few of the hotels we have stayed in. It would have been nice to have a few muffins and some yogurt. My wife was looking forward to using the heated indoor pool, but it is only 8 ft. x 12 ft. and only 3 ft. deep. It's more of a kiddie pool.

For starters BRITTNEY, RAMBO, & RASHONDA were EXCELLENT definitely made it a great stay for my family !! Secondly, for a Marriott, you would have thought it was going to be nice but the hotel was a 5 out of 10. Definitely needs renovating I think.

The interior was old, we had a king sized w/ the handicap shower. The seat in the shower for support was disgustingly dirty. Definitely could use a touch up here and there.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, staff was great.

Parking fee….I find it offensive to pay 150 a night for a room and still have to pay a parking fee in a private parking lot!

Safe area. The staff was very diligent and accommodating, taking care of everyone during the power outage, and staying on it with 311 to get power back. This power outage occurred on Friday, September 27th, the day Hurricane Helene went through the southeast.

Everyone was super nice and very helpful. We were there to celebrate my birthday and Ms Brittany James gave me a very sweet birthday card and cupcake wishing me a happy birthday. It was a very sweet surprise that made my night. The perfect ending to our trip.

Nothing

The room was roomy and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy and there was a guard on site watching the cars thru the night. The staff was very friendly and smiley She even made gravy for the biscuits when asked by another customer. I thought that was very very nice of her with no questions asked!

The room was super clean, very good easy parking, nice furnishing, great breakfast and enjoyed the sitting area in the lounge area.

When ordering the room I ask specifically about a couch, I'm a Big man (450lbs) and enjoy laying around on a couch when i got to my room it was not a couch at all but a love seat, a little more clarity would have helped me in planning my stay.

Love the comfort, breakfast was not bad, staff was very friendly and location was like 20 minutes from the downtown unless you were stuck in traffic but overall worth the value of price, location, and comfort.

Was a little noise could hear from window outside but wasn’t bad, wish had more options as far as pancakes or whatever. Just had individual wrapped waffles that were already sweet- was good but wish had more options. Had eggs and bacon though so made up for it. Even just those little things overall a great stay.
