Deposit policy of $250 Parking fees of $13.50 Really effects if you are using debit card and it has to come back within a week Also management said that card iam paying with has to match my id What if iam using family or company card and they didnt allow me to use so I had to use my personal one Also i have a credit card that has my old name before I legally changed it and they didnt accept it

The location was excellent and it was accessible to downtown!

When one of the attendants was on her break, she ignored 2 guests standing at the counter and I was one of them. She didn’t even acknowledge us at first until I asked her why was she still sitting down! She stated that she was on break and that the other worker would help us shortly! I think she should have waited until the other worker got there first before she took her break! Is just standing there, seeing her sitting down eating was not professional at all! Also there was hair in the shower on the wall! I have a big stickler for hair on the floor, bathtub, sink or toilet when I’m in the bathroom!

Location was great. Very spacious downstairs! My family of 6 loved the 2 bedroom loft! The bed was comfortable. Loved that the room had a full stove and oven. We were able to cook meals and save money!

The upstairs bathroom floor felt and sounded like it was going to fall in. The kitchen lacked cookware. The lady checking me in was rude. The room accommodates 6 but only had towels and washcloths for 5. (Luckily 2 of us brought ours from home) there wasn’t bedding for the pullout sofa had to buy bedding from Walmart. Did not want to deal with the lady at the desk so we went to buy whatever we the room lacked.

Paying a parking fee was ridiculous, it was just spaces outside of the rooms like any other hotel Room worn, carpet and sofa stained..

The business is on a street where you have to make a U-turn to get to. It can use some deep cleaning and the breakfast was more for a kid, but with good intentions. The staff was superb! They also charge $13.00 per day for parking that was not on the Booking website.

Price some times it exceeded 330 a night Parking fee that’s added to the bill

I like how the rooms mimic apartments. I like the handicap accessibility with shower. I’m inlove with the ice maker in the freezer.

I had a deposit but the site I book through told me I didn’t have one so an unexpected cost..

The room was very functional. Well thought out room space. The fact that it had a pool and a gym.. even though gym was rather small.

Breakfast wasn't great, although it was complimentary.

Mosquitoes in back of property where room was located were extremely bad and entered the room each time door opened

Everything was newly remodeled and so nice I could live there.

The bathroom was a bit small and not as spacious as some rooms I’ve stayed but the rest of the room made up for it .
