Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On the weekends they had tea/coffee and little pastries in the morning as well as Agua de Fresca for the afternoons. The room was quite large as well.

Shower leaked water, had to get the toilet fixed when we arrived, could be very busy so used the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. Very minor things. The only truly bad thing was the noise. The ventilation system was very loud and outside noise was very noticeable at times. Needed earplugs!

The location is excellent, very close to the Diana roundabout. Plenty of activities and restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly, specially the gentlemen from the valet parking.

The AC in our room didn't work, we were super hot at night. I kept forgetting to tell reception about it, so I don't know if they would have been able to fix it, but it made us uncomfortable.

My family (myself and my 2 children aged 12 and 15) were really comfortable at LaiLa Hotel. Our room was good size, impeccably clean (cleaned everyday), good location near to lovely restaurants and cafes. Nice to have the gym on top floor. We didn't use the restaurant as there were so many lovely local places to explore, that were easily accessible walking. Lots of staff who were really attentive when asked questions, but as there were often a large number on front desk, it could also be intimidating to ask questions.

Great location.

A/C didn't work. We kept forgetting to tel the front desk because we would leave early and come in late. Once we told them , they said there was no A/C on the 3rd floor and we switched rooms. One of the things I looked for when booking was A/C. No one even apologized. A simple "Sorry for the inconvenience" would've have sufficed.

The staff was so accommodating and they went out of their way to meet our needs. Marisol Tapia, the rooms manager was extremely supportive and helpful. It is located near all kinds of restaurants and convenience stores. Everything is within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and all amenities are included.

What a great property!!! Right in the middle of Roma Norte. 1 minute walk to Diana and 5 minutes to the Angel. But yet it is off the main drag so it is quiet and feels comfy and homey. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Housekeeping does an amazing job. Front desk reception is fast, friendly, and there will always be someone there who speaks English and is happy to help with directions, eating recommendations, taxis, etc. The rooms are decent size. Not huge but well laid out, functional, and comfortable. Bathrooms are a bit on the small size, but if you like big showers with tons of hot water and a great shower head...LaiLa is for you. My wife and I live in Mexico and we travel all over the country. Laila is one of the best values we have seen and we will be back there again on our next trip to CDMX.

The place was clean and provided us with pretty much all the essentials of a descent hotel. Kudos to the housekeeping!

Their breakfast place on the first floor is expensive and didn't have many things in the buffet area (empty pots/trays) we waited so long for coffee 😞

Laila is more of a boutique hotel. I liked the restaurant the most because of its glass front and outside sitting and they had fresh flowers every day. Also, It has a fantastic location.

The Air conditioning for the rooms needs work.

Fantastic location, you can’t get more centric than this. Staff is super kind, always asking if everything is okay and assisting with all our needs. We felt at home here, would def stay again.

Excellent location, good facilities and nice staff. It's a fair hotel and I recommend it especially due to its location, comparing the value for money with the one from other hotels in the neighborhood.

Breakfast is good, but doesn't offer many options.
