The location could not have been better. The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood that is very walkable - day or night. There are so many restaurants nearby.

The rooms were very nice, however they did not cool down easily. It was unseasonably warm when w went and the room was very hot when we arrived. We turned the air units on, but it really took a few days to cool down to a comfortable level. Luckily we were traveling/sightseeing during the hot day so by night time it was nicer for sleeping.

The location was perfect! Lots of great restaurants just outside the door of the hotel! The hotel and services was great!!! The room was spacious and we loved that we could make our own breakfast every morning given we had a stove, fridge and microwave.

We were traveling with my teen son who loves to swim. I chose this hotel in part because of the pool. The pool is managed by the gym in the same building. The pool was dirty and had some debris. My son only used the pool for about 15 minutes of the 9 days that we were there. So, if a clean pool is important to you this might not be a good fit.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Our location, fifth floor, was mostly very quiet. Maid service daily included doing the dishes.Ten minute walk to a large beautiful park and castle, and every restaurant we tried, all within a few blocks of the hotel, was very good.

Refrigerator froze everything and was not fixed despite someone claiming it was. Staff did not speak English except for one young lady. That was frustrating when the refrigerator malfunctioned. However when our requests were understood, staff was accommodating, e.g., extra towels, bottles of water.

One Of The Best Places To Stay At While In Mexico City... I Find It Very Difficult To Find Negativity For Hotel Park Nilo... Positives, Staff Always Kind And Helpful, Location Is Excellent Near Everything (Great Restaurants Nearby Right Outside), The Gym Is More Than You Could Ask For, And The Rooms Are Always With Comfortable Beds/ Kitchen Equipped With Everything You Should Need To Cook Along With An Standard Size Refrigerator.

I Know The Pool Is Clean... I Actually Stayed There When They Resurfaced The Pool... I Can Not Explain The Stains On The Floor Of The Pool But It Is A Bit Bothersome, The Pool Is Also Not Heated However That Does Not Bother Me... It Is A Beautiful Deck Area To Hang Out And Is Located On The Same Floor As The Gym.

It is in a beautiful locality, dotted with many great restaurants. A fantadtic room / suite. Totally awesome. The staff, especially Jamie at the reception, was extremely helpful. He helped me find a good taxi, and also book tickets for the museum 😍🤩

I liked everything.

Location is very convenient with restaurants and bars within walking distance. . Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were pristine. Comfy beds.

Rooms could be a bit more soundproof.

The location is ideal, walking distance to Zona Rosa, Chapultapec park, and there are a lot of restaurants within a ten minute walk of the hotel.

The bathroom had a very high step up into it. I'm used to this in Mexico, but this was unusually high.

The room was very nice and comfortable

The pool was not too clean also would be nice if they can add a hot tub.
