Interesting contemporary design. Comfortable, super clean, amd efficient room designs with nice complementary in room drinks/snacks and product amenities.

The pool level and related grill closed at 7pm. Extremely dark interior public spaces. The restaurant wasn’t on top of things. Slow service. Mezcal tasting at 7 pm - way too early!

The staff here is amazing. They work incredibly hard to make sure you have a perfect stay. It was our honeymoon trip and they made many special touches. The bed was very comfortable with high quality linens and towels and the aesthetics of the property are modern and stylish.

There are some issues to be resolved about how they use the unique building they are in. With the open courtyard where the restaurant and bar are located with rooms all facing it. When they are playing music in the courtyard (and which they wish to do when the restaurant is serving) it can be heard in many rooms. Especially if the music has even a moderate bass beat. If they want to play music all or most of the time, they will need to invest in more soundproofing. Also, they might consider some propane heaters or electric overhead heaters for the tables during the winter months. For breakfast especially.

This boutique hotel exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner sparkling and well-maintained. The design of the hotel was simply stunning, blending modern elegance with unique charm. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast – each morning brought a delightful array of fresh, flavorful options that set the perfect tone for the day ahead. Overall, our experience at this boutique hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

The design and layout was world renowned and very appealing. The staff and management were absolutely phenomenal!

I researched every hotel in Mexico City and this was 100% the best. Great location, great facilities and lovely rooms. Loved the rooftop bar and the cocktails. Architecture was great. Was great to have a pool to com back to after exploring the city.

The hotel was beautifully designed and brand new! The free breakfast was excellent! We really loved the roof top pool too. We almost stayed in Roma at a hotel for twice as much money. We are so happy we decided to book Volga. There is a speak easy bar with a dj at night on the lowest level and we enjoyed the Sunday funday at the pool with four house music djs.

Noisy on our first night, but moved to higher floor after speaking to staff. It’s cold having breakfast first thing, in the open air atrium. On a few days several breakfast items were not available.

Great service (especially berenice helped us a lot, thank you!) great location, near everything, great breakfast with a menu to select from, complementary or at additoonal cost, rooftop is cosy. Recommend

The architecture and decor was gorgeous. The staff were helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was great, perhaps the towels could be improved, they were small and thin.

So many wonderful small details included in the Volga experience that made it feel very luxury. The staff were incredibly kind and the bed was SO comfortable. Highly recommend! I also loved how accessible assistance was via their WhatsApp number.
