The receptionist allowed me to check in at 2 pm instead of 3 pm. I liked how clean the room was, the shower pressure, and how hot the water got. Oh My God, the room was ALWAYS cold!!! Like freezing. I had to take multiple showers per day to stay warm in October. I was a bit claustrophobic spending a week with my husband in my face and space. Also the steam from the shower always seemed to create a monsoon outside the shower onto the bathroom floor

The balcony and location was our favorite thing about our suite. We had the penthouse suite upstairs with the full walkout balcony with table and chairs. The bed was very firm so if that's to your liking it's perfect. My husband prefers firm and I prefer soft so it was ok. The room was very spacious and when it wasn't raining we enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony most of our stay.

The only complaint I have (and it's not much of one) is that they didn't offer much at all in the kitchen. Just 3 small pots and 1 set of utensils for one person. But we made due with what was offered. Had we stayed longer we would have preferred more options. But the staff cleans and washes the dishes so I really can't complain much lol

The staff was friendly and professional. The room is well equipped I stayed at both the king and queen room and love it. The king room had a balcony and the room was a bit more spacious. The location was prime next to many restaurants and nightlife. there is a gym right around the corner called Smart Fit.(99 pesos for the day pass). a circle K and oxxo and opposite side of the street.

I love the location off the hotel. safe neighborhood and good spot's to eat.

what I didn't like about my room there was no window. but I understand for the next time I make a reservation with better viewing.

location is great and its a very good size bedroom for a very good price! loved the stay been here a few times and always been good! i usually stay on the pent house. great terrace.

There was a window that apparently communicated to the laundry room and there was too much noise and the light remained on. It was a bit annoying to sleep

The bed was amazing and it was so quiet

all night long there was banging from the elevator. ALL night long. on the second night not only was there mechanical ‘banging’ but they were also filling the water tanks in the roof. since we had the “Penthouse” this was very disruptive.
