Great stay for street front with parking under, clean and tidy, lift and entry is good, BE AWARE the key collection was 20 KM away in another town which coming from the north was 40 km round trip to get the key from another Hotel in Andorra La Vella - from the south would be on the way if you have a car or a drama if your arrive into Soldeu 20 kms away.

Picking up Keys from a hotel 20 KMS away is a poor option and should be lock box on site as in mountain valley traffic can be over an hour. Be Aware for info is after booking until you map the key point from the residence point.

The kitchen was not well equipped and we were missing some things (pan covers’ , proper knifes, decent dish soap etc). The bath was missing shampoo as well. During the entire stay the reception was closed and the communication was held by Booking chat only (which made it a bit challenging). The instructions for the parking was not clear at all

The apartment was a duplex which was nice having an upstairs and downstairs. It was very clean and well equipped with a good range of kitchen equipment, hair dryer and extra bedding if required. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and downstairs with bath and shower facilities. The bed was super comfy and warm. Really well situated apartment just 5/10 mins walk into the center. Toni on reception was great answering messages quickly and provided bus info for getting up to resort from Andorra la Villa, (L4 to Pas de la Casa.) The check in instructions were very clear and easy process throughout.

Nice apartment, plenty of kitchen stuff including a kettle. Comfy beds, shower ok. Toiletries included, nice towels.

We were not informed, when told to pick up the keys to the apartment, that it was 18 kilometres away. Hotel receptionist stated it was in the email. It definitely was not. Downstairs bathroom very small, you have to be careful that you don’t fall into the shower as you open the door Sleepy little town, no bars open after 7pm. We managed to find a lovely steak house, the only place open Small supermarket 10 minutes walk away

Lovely warm, cosy apartment with beautiful views. Spotlessly clean and loads of storage, which is really handy when skiing. It's a duplex apartment with a lounge/diner/small kitchenette and a toilet/shower downstairs, and a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Comfy beds and comfy sofa. We took a HDMI cable and our laptop with us to be able to watch netflix etc on the TV. The walk into Soldeu is about 5 mins to town, 10 minutes to the gondola, but it is a beautiful walk and it's nice that it's downhill at the end of the day! We hired lockers at the top of the gondola which was fantastic as we then did the walk each day in snow/hiking boots and didn't have to carry skis. The walk back takes you past two small supermarkets, so really easy to pick up supplies. I also recommend La Caleta Tapas bar, which does take out. Also, you can pay to use the spa at the Park Piolets just around the corner, which was really worth it as a treat. Other reviewers have complained about the noise. We were actually surprised how no noise traveled from apartment to apartment. We weren't aware of fellow guests at all. The double bedroom is on the road side, but the windows are well insulated so the noise didn't bother us. I can imagine in summer if you wanted the window open it could be more of an issue.

There is a laundry room on the ground floor -3 Euros per washing load, but I and another guest failed to get the machines to work - instructions would have been useful, as it turns out there is a specific order you have to follow to get it to work. However, the very friendly and helpful receptionist returned the money I had lost. There is a washing airer provided in the apartment, so I just hand washed in the end and used the airer.

Facilities were excellent, with a safe garage for our car. Would recommend.

I was from out of the country, so didn't have WiFi capabilities to check my email or receive calls. The info to get into the place was sent a few hours prior to our arrival, so we had to use data to call and get in. We also could not find any cups or plates in the apartment. We had difficulties contacting the management. The plates and cups were in a strange spot, i guess, but we only found this out, long after we checked out.

Brilliant apartment. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and two kids so always knew it would be a bit of a squeeze, but if you’re there for the snow, you’re not going to spend much time in there apart from to eat and sleep! It’s set over two floors and had two bathrooms which was great and loads of storage. One of the bedrooms had bunks and a single, which was a pleasant surprise and gave us that little bit of extra space. Other reviewers have mentioned the traffic, it really isn’t that bad and certainly nothing a pair of earbuds wouldn’t sort out if you’re that bothered. A short and easy walk to the lifts and really helpful and lovely staff.

The apartment had everything you needed and more, although a couple of fold up chairs would be useful for groups of 6.

The apartment is spacious with plenty of storage for clothes and extra pillows. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. There is a Tv down stairs and in the main bedroom with a few English channels. Take a lead to connect your laptop to the tv to watch films. There are 2 bathrooms one with a bath and plenty of hot water. we couldn’t find fault with these apartments especially for the price. There was someone in Reception most days who were lovely and helpful.

it is situated next to a busy road so if you struggle with traffic noise take some ear plugs. The walk to the main gondola is a 7 minute walk up hill so get a ski locker which cost us €85 for the week.

Nice apartment in Soldeu with all the amenities you need for a week or so. Can take 5 people easily including on the sofa bed. Underground car park is good and secure slightly tight but SUVs and vans can still fit in with a bit of difficulty... Restaurants bars and shops all within few minutes walk Staff on reception very friendly and helpful.

Very tiny kitchen and no proper storage for ski gear

Very clean, comfy beds, everything necessary. Spacious enough, very warm, the apartment was heated for us before coming. Very friendly and caring hostess. She was worrying about our comfort like we were her dear guests. Good garage, clear instructions, easy to find. Generally everything was great.

In our opinion - nice but overpriced. For this apartment the price wasn't to adequate in our case. One of the rooms had window to the wall, the rest of window are coming right to the street. So don't expect amazing view, and some people can suffer from traffic noise. It was difficult to get a constant water temperature in the shower, it jumps from warm to cold.
