Nice cozy hotel. Spa, fitness, restaurants. Nice lobby with views. Huge rooms with everything what your need. Good breakfast with many options of food. Fresh juice, nice staff.

CocaCola in minibar - 5 euro. A little bit to much. Walk to ski lift 10-15 mins if you in ski boots it is not simple. Parking 10 euro day, but if you have electirc car and need charger it is 20 euro day

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the stuff can’t do enough for you, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the service is excellent. The breakfast was really good, good options, good quality, the food in the restaurant is delicious as well. Kids loved the kids club, we were actually struggling to get the out of there 😅 the hotel also has a shuttle bus to the ski lifts which is very handy as well. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave.

The only criticism is the size of the room, we had a family room for 4 and it wasn’t enough space to even unpack the suitcases

Second time here in the last month. Good hotel, good facilities. Staff is really helpful across all areas, from the reception to the bar to the vans. Great client focus and overall flexibility. Also had a small issue with something at the hotel, but management immediatly took action. Great receptiveness to feedback

The only thing keeping them from a 10/10 is the room size. This room was bigger than last time, but overall they dont feel that big. Big enough for 1, a bit tight for 2. Having said that, solid 9/10 for this hotwl

I was already in this hotel I loved the place .The hotel is very nice the rooms are comfortable and it has half board service available and tranfer to the ski Montain all day every day .The reception people Bianca and Alvaro are very nice and also help me with transfer to Barcelona airport to the hotel.Flávio was the guy and I have to thanks him ,so polite ,easygoing,wonderful person .I have my luggage desviate and he was patiently waiting at the airport until we resolve the problem.Andorra is one the most amazing places I ve did in my life .The restaurant food is very good also the dinner .A lot of options and variety.There is a gym and amazing spa -with really amazing hands from David and Katy.The suíte at the hotel is amazing and the view from the mountains are unpriceless.It really worths.

I just have to say about the bathroom cleaning and changing sheets has to be more frequently.I stayed eight days at the hotel and I think it’s because it’s ski place we got sweat from ski and should be change each 2 or three days .But they are very confortable,pillows,sheets and blankets.Another thing is about the girls that stayed serving at the restaurant.It’s almost impossible to get them when you need ,but it’s more in breakfast time .At the dinner time,this is not so difficult and was a guy Frederico very polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, great view, great gym, ski rental store embedded into the hotel, easy parking, nice bar. Overall comfy beds. Even the staff that drives you to the slopes is friendly and helpful.

The only 2 things preventing this from being a 10/10 experience are the rooms size (really , really small for this level) and the wifi (4mbps download....). Otherwise, great hotel if you can live with these 2 variables

Nice and comfortable hotel. Great for families and small children. Tatiana from the kids club was amazing, all my 3 children had a great time! We all enjoyed the spa/pools and the buffet was surprisingly a very high quality. We will be back for skiing in winter!

The spa/pool access is extra and not included in your stay which it’s annoying as it could be quite a difference for a family. The size of the family room is a bit too small.

Very close to a ski cabins, beautiful location, modern and comfortable interior, good SPA.

a lot of extra payments - breakfast, SPA entrance, parking place outside and inside , tourists fees, etc, etc, which you can see only when you are leaving. nobody tells you about that on arrival. they put in a our bill extra dinner and extra breakfast (May be we should pay for a neighbour)) parking inside has a very limited space , so, be prepared to clean your car in snow weather if you park a car outside (10€ per night outside, 25€ inside) stuff is friendly while you stay there and stop to smile when you are leaving . I hope it helps to improve a business.

Beautiful property with an elegant lobby and spa. I loved the bar. I really appreciated the attentive service at check in and the safe bike storage room in the garage. This is a great place for cyclists exploring Andorra to unwind after riding up mountains.

The dinner buffet included in the rate was disappointing. The selection of food was ok, but the atmosphere is casual and roudy with kids running around. Skip this if you're looking for a nice relaxing atmosphere and high end food.

Beautiful modern hotel, well blended into its mountain location with stunning views of mountains and ski slopes. Excellent friendly and attentive staff. spacious, quiet rooms. good variety of food for breakfast and dinner excellent spa, pool and wellness centre ( inc gym)

some “hot” items at breakfast not as hot as they should be. Room a little dark at night ( in my opinion) under artificial light, due to the use of ‘feature lighting’

Additional cost of the spa - a shame you have to pay €50 per couple extra as it was the perfect relaxing environment at the end of the day. It would be good to have the opportunity to advance pay at a discount as part of your accommodation cost
