A very friendly reception and easy checking in experience upon arrival. A lovely, spacious room on the 5th floor. It was to the back of the hotel, so not much of a view but very quiet. No road noise at all.

My only gripe would be in relation to the pillows. Whereas the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were far too “springy”. It’s as if they were stuffed with foam rubber. I g ft kind them very uncomfortable, even to the point where using them induced pain in the rear of the neck. I ended up throwing them off if the bed snd sleeping without any pillows at all.

Spacious room, location, breakfast, parking

No air-conditioning in the room, so it was really hot and difficult to sleep. I understand that summers in Andorra only last for 2 months or so, and for that reason, an air-conditioning unit would not really be an option. But a fan would have been nice, or at least mosquito screens on the windows, so every window can be opened to get the room cooled down. I tried to open the windows but instantly saw wasps flying near the window, so I had to close them again. This is basically the only point of attention I got.

Staff were excellent in all aspects: service, dinning, reception etc..

My initial room (515) was adjacent and above a terrace belonging to 'Fat Albert's where the noise from the Techno music and outside parties at between the hours of 0300 and 0400 were horrendous! Fortunately, after complaining to reception, I was relocated to a room where I could get some sleep!

Our room was excellent, facing the road and the mountain/ski slope, with a little balcony. The beds were exceptionally comfy & the staff were very friendly. The spa (jacuzzi, steam, sauna) was a huge bonus after a long day's skiing! Included in our stay, thanks to Booking.com. Lockers for ski equipment were very useful. Close to grocery shops, a few bars and a restaurant.

Would have been nice to have a kettle & a toaster in the room and a sharper knife to make our own snacks. The crockery & glassware was very basic-looking - not a dealbreaker, but very 'standard hotel'.

Breakfast was 12e and absolutely excellent with omelette cooks etc. I don't think you could get the same kind of quality anywhere else in that village with that money. Room had a wonderful view on the slopes so we could see e.g how the weather conditions were. The hotel is close to everything. Hotel staff knew everything and were super helpful! They gave me a skiing route on the first day and it was really a great recommendation to the top. The hotel was very clean, they were cleaning all the time the big common areas.

Wellll you had to pay extra for the spa area, 10e/h/person, which is not a lot but still came as a surprise since the sauna was a major deal breaker for us to have. The hotel was also a bit crowded, which is ok and great for them, but all the kids and ski gear was a lot.

The staff at the reception were extraordinarily helpful. Special thanks to Jan for very kindly helping us sort out our onward travels late at night!

Quite a basic hotel room for a 4-star hotel. However, in off-season, the price was well below standard for a 4-star hotel (55€), so our stay was excellent value.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very big. The check in and check out was also very quick and easy. The staff was very helpful. Also, the location, parking and lockers were very practical for the skiing experience.

First, the hallways smelled a bit like a pool. Second, the water took quite some time to get hot. Third, we asked the room to get cleaned at around 12:30, but the cleaning service was not complete (just did the bed and arranged the bathroom, did not throw away empty water bottles and did not fold the pyjamas - they were left on the chair). Lastly, there were some spider webs on the ceiling and on Sunday morning my girlfriend was tickled by a little spider in bed, which scared her. For a hotel this price (we paid more than 300€ per night), these things should not happen.

The hotel had a very nice ambiance and mountain vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was large and functional. The dinner and breakfast buffets were both excellent.

The bath towels were a little skimpy, but that’s my only (very minor) complaint.

Very supportive staff and truly large room! Using of half board option is recommended as the dinner provided by hotel restaurant was hitting our expectations. Also lobby area to have some drink and chat is "feel like home".

Nothing to mention. May be the bathroom layout in our room was not ideal, but thats is my subjective opinion...

Location to the ski lift

Breakfast could improve a little bit, but is ok Saunas are OK, however, the jacuzzis where very cold, and dry sauna was not at a high temperature with gaps on the door letting the heat evacuate easily Parking is very expensive at your hotel when you can park outside for a minimum price
