Hotel was of high standard, food excellent and the restaurant staff were first class. Great location for exploring the old town.

The pillows were too soft and therefore uncomfortable. Shower cubicle too small. The hotel need to supply a proper map to indicate how to avoid extensive road works. We spent one hour driving around Torun trying to get to hotel car park.

Situated in the heart of the Toruń Old Town, which allows you to walk to all the main attractions. Beautifully restored with all the modern amenities. Very friendly and professional staff. We have planned to visit this place since 2020. We had very high expectations and the hotel managed to fulfill them fully.

A very few very micro things. For example - the hotel promotes local produce, so why is the room mineral water from far away Pieniny and not from local Ciechocinek? The morning coffee machine seems complicated and would need more clear instructions on it. It would be useful to have a big bread cutting knife next to the bread and roll basket.

Spacious and welcoming room with two separate toilets. We highly appreciated the air-conditioning, without air-conditioning we had not booked the hotel (be careful, not all rooms are air conditioned!). A little sweet surprise and water in the room, as well as possibilities to make coffee or tea made us feel really welcome. Although central located and party on the street, we did not hear anything in the room, it was totally quiet. Breakfast was very generous and good! In general, very service minded and kind stuff. Safe parking.

We were charged for two dogs although they are both very small and hypoallergenic without shedding hair. All other hotels we had been to during our travel through Poland charged us for only one dog. I think there is a huge difference in cleaning a room where a large dog that sheds hair stayed or a small hypoallergenic dog. Overall we felt welcome with our dogs, even the dogs got a little welcome surprise!

Wonderful views from the windows, stylish old building adaptation. It was a kid friendly place too, small easy to navigate spaces, access to the closed garden. Main exit doors so heavy that small children do not stand a chance - safe. It is in the old town so everything is walking distance.

Getting there by car was confusing (due to road work in the city I presume - temporary problem). Hotel is searched with 'free parking' because they claim city parking is there but finding parking place is next to impossible so paid parking is the only option (not very expensive)

I’m not one for giving high scores, but this place deserves it. You are looked after very well and the two old building are immaculate - plenty of character and very good modern decor. Our superior deluxe room was huge - so pleased with it. The best part of the stay was the breakfast - it was excellent, as was the restaurant in the evening. Location was perfect, just by one of the town gates next to the river. They even have a few parking spaces which was a surprise in the old town - make sure you book one early.

The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. They made pancakes and scrambled eggs fresh, on the spot. We also had choices for our 9 month old baby (porridge, bio yogurt and fresh fruits). The room was big, cot bed for the baby was provided and found a sweet treat on our pillows. Bathroom was clean and shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion was provided. Later on we stayed on a 4 start hotel and was really bad compared to Hotel Spichrz, which is 3 star. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, is in the old town centre and are plenty of restaurants around.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! The facilities are new and very clean. It's a beautiful blend of historic and modern. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast exceeded all of our expectations, the variety of foods offered was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town which made getting to places very easy and convenient.

Very modern, very good design, nice equipment, high quality of furniture and plumbing. Everything beyound expectations. Exellent view to the river and old buildings - the location on the street corner is exlusive. The general impression - one of the best hotels in my experience.

A little bit noisi from the next floor on the top - may be bad isolation in between 3 and 4 floor, but it was very short time. The breakfast cood be a bit better organised (not enough places for all clients),

Not the best location to stay with car, its much trouble to get there during the day because the streets turn to boardwalk. The parking is expensive for guests. No toileturies beside soap and shampoo. The entrence to hotel is stears only, plus stears to elevater. No help was offered to get the luggage inside the building.

The building was an old granary with very thick walls. It's also an architectural masterpiece. The breakfast was amazing, if you stay for a week, you still can't taste everything served. The video-observed parking was free inside the city walls.

Nothing, besides it was a bit dark due to the thick walls and small windows. But why should you spend your day in the room in this beautiful city?
