Room: Sizable balcony with forest view. Bathroom: Large rain shower with aromatic amenities. Bedroom: Comfortable with nice design Facility: S'mores 6 - 8pm are a fun way to meet other guests. Spa: Skillful staff and a wide range of services and amenities. Nice $65 day package with massage included. Restaurants: indoor/outdoor seating with a large wine list and tasty food menu. Pool: Gorgeous, warm enough, towels right there. General store: Lots of coffee options and generous hours. Elevators within buildings. Location: only one mile from the park entrance.
A lot of steps for my husband given the altitude. Pool is maybe too large for lap swimming given the altitude.

We love the whole site, the pool & hot tub, the complimentary s'mores, the games room. Our room was very big and perfect for a family of four. The bathroom was also big, modern with great amenities.
We were disappointed by the bed linen, just a sheet and a light blanket: not very modern and too little for the beginning of January. We expected at least a duvet for this season. There was only one extra blanket so one missing as we used the sofa bed for the kids.

Rooms better than the pictures - newer and cleaner than expected. We had a room with balcony facing pool. The spa was amazing (steam/ sauna/ different hot and cold pools/ weighted neck pillows). Amazing location - right by Yosemite west entrance. Drive in every morning was beautiful - less of a hassle than I thought it might be vs staying inside park. Nice to have the pool to come back and relax in in the afternoon.
Food was fine but not exceptional like everything else at the property - sometimes really good, sometimes average (eg Texan bbq great, Mexican bbq felt like cheap bought meat/ packaged guacamole). Paying extra for the spa - think 1 hour free per person would have been nice.

The facilities are incredible. The heated pool and Jacuzzis are open 24hr. The games room is a nice way to spend an evening. The common room and fireplace are cosy. The highlight were the walking trails which are maintained by the hotel. we had a lovely sunny morning walk through the snow before leaving (would recommend). the Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. We didn't go in the spa but it looked amazing. It is only 5 minute drive to the park entrance. So a perfect location to spend a night before heading into the valley.
The restaurant was slightly overpriced, but that is perhaps to be expected. We paid for a room with a mountain view but didn't get one. I did not realise this at the time, so do not know whether this could have been accommodated if i'd raised it with the check-in team.

The location can't be beat (a few miles from the Big Oak Flat park entrance), the staff is super friendly/helpful and the rooms are well thought out and designed. The comfy bed felt especially good after full days of hiking. We appreciated the on-site DIY laundry and the hotel shop, which carried lots of grab-and-go hiking food. And while we didn't use them, the game room and evening s'mores looked like popular amenities.
The restaurant didn't meet expectations for a property of this quality. It had a smart, varied menu, but the kitchen lacked on execution, even for the most simple things. The tomato soup tasted like pizza sauce, and the $18 pancakes were rubbery and tasteless.

Amazing family hotel. The play options for children are plentiful and our son made lots of friends. Really comfortable rooms and lots of well thought out additions including a water feature garden and a great shop and lounge. Environmentally very thoughtful. As described, very close to park entrance but bear in mind the c40 minute drive into the valley and make sure you leave early in the summer to get a car parking spot in one of the main car parks.
Dinner reservations seemed problematic and only managed 1 in our 4 night stay… what was more frustrating was being told there was no space and being forced to sit in the communal bar (which was actually nice as got to meet other guests) and seeing tables outside unused all night. The staff seem baffled when you sought to use a table not being used / reserved and a couple were bordering on rude. Think they really need to consider a more customer friendly approach on this front for those residing in the hotel.

Beautiful property, beautiful rooms and location (only 5 mn car from park entrance) Absolutely stunning
Very expensive for what it is but you pay for the location I guess. The food at the restaurant is nothing special and they keep asking you to book / if you have a reservation even though it’s empty which in my opinion is very annoying. They have a very good general store with many breakfast items etc. The room is stunning - we had the garden view which I believe is the quietest as you don’t hear the noise from the swimming pool. Also they ask you to bring your own luggage to your room which for the price was a bit of a surprise. Great stay otherwise!

The stay at Rush Creek Lodge was fantastic. The lodge has excellent facilities (heated outdoor pools, cosy guest lodge with fire, restaurant/tavern, handy shop on site, spa facilities, etc.). I was looking forward to a great stay but my expectations were exceeded! Apart from the facilites already mentioned, another highlight are definitely the daily activities, including S'mores by the firepits and craft sessions, amongst many others. The lodge is super close to the entrance to Yosemite and therefore conveniently located for explorations. Definitely recommend this place and hope to be back.
Everything was perfect.

Great location within 5 minutes to the Yosemite Park entrance. Facility had a nice pool, good restaurant and good tours with educated guides who are available to answer questions supporting self guided tours and hikes. The on site store was well stocked but expensive. Overall, staff was friendly and supportive. With friendly guests the facility had a nice vibe.
Fitness center needed a weight bench. Parking was limited though we had no issues. Signs posting everywhere on the property warning of bears seen on the property was alarming but the Lodge employees did not elaborate the risk level; most people just ignored the warnings.

Excellent location only a few mins drive to the park, and thoughtful facilites, great atmosphere. Well stocked bar, good food!
Staff were often unsure of things. We were told wouldn’t need to book for BBQ in the morning, only to find that all tickets were gone at 1800. Staff in reception completely disconnected from restaurant and weren’t able to do simple things such as make a reservation for dinner. Host of restaurant told us there was no room for sit-ins, had to be told by his manager that he should seat us, then did so whilst saying ‘oh you still want a table?’. Next day, same host, we were told there was an 8 min wait. Then 30 mins later it was a 5 min wait. Then we were seated on an inside table even though we were waiting for an outdoor table.
