The accommodation was great. I only just found out that there was a pool and spa (after staying at this accommodation over 10 times previously). My request to have a high floor was accommodated and the view was nice.

I found that the large sliding glass door did not block a lot of the external light, so my room was quite bright during the night. The beds were quite hard, and the air conditioning did not enter the main room, so I was quite warm overnight. It was windy and raining during my stay, and I could not keep the balcony "sliding windows" open as they kept partially closing the wind. I was also hoping to move the balcony dining set out of the rain so that I could sit there and enjoy the weather, but they are extremely heavy and wobbly.

Stayed for 9 nights whilst my husband was in hospital & for his post-operative recovery before leaving Adelaide. The apartment was excellent, staff were great, generous parking spaces for large SUV's, excellent location with only a short drive to Calvary Adelaide hospital.

Down sides were some wifi issues for a couple of days which affected my ability to work from the apartment & the fire alarm which went off at 11.45pm the night my husband came out of hospital following major spinal surgery. He had to very cautiously & slowly navigate the stairway from the 11th floor to the 4th floor before being told it was a false alarm, but the staff generously offered a refund of several days parking fees which was very gratefully accepted. A larger fridge would have been useful for the length of our stay & the nightclub adjacent was very noisy until early hours of the morning on the Friday, Saturday & Sunday of the Labour Day long weekend.

One bedroom apartment, with a large patio with closing glass doors/windows. Good view over light square and across the city. Morning sun so a bit warm but shady in afternoon so great to sit on patio and enjoy the breeze. The layout inside was comfortable, good lounge and easy to use kitchen. the bathroom was very well ventilated and great shower. We were on the 11th floor and hot water arrived very quickly. Very good basement parking.

We had a leaking washing machine on arrival and a very noisy a c. Rang up the desk and maintenance man were there very quickly. Fixed the issues and all worked out well. After that bit of grief things ran smoothly. Only had 1 lift running, not of their doing, lift company was having trouble getting the right bits. Most likely fixed by now.

Good location in central Adelaide. Beds were comfortable. We were an older couple with adult daughter an found the apartment to be spacious enough and have all the amenities we needed for a short stay. Easy to walk to local eateries, the market and into the city. Antica, an Italian restaurant nearby in Morphett St was particularly good for dinner. We didn’t realise there were two parts to the accommodation and so this was confusing at first. Appreciated being able to park our car on the premises.

The bathroom lacked a ceiling fan and water from the shower drained slowly

Clean and comfortable with good quality linen. Bed and pillows were great. Kitchen was well equipped, and rooms set up well. The under building car park was useful and the bays were roomy.

Bedroom 2 did not have an air conditioner. Fortunately a floor fan was there otherwise the room would have been very stuffy. The second bedroom was quite small and had no storage. Bags on the floor made moving around the room a challenge. There was only one lift operating in the building which made coming and going a bit more time consuming. THer second lift was out of order for whole time of stay.

Great location, good facilities (pool and spa that is well maintained) the room was large and fully self contained with oven, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer. Parking was easy to use/access and reasonably priced.

Some piggish guests on Friday night had spread popcorn the entire length of the hallway. Despite a cleaning crew servicing rooms, the popcorn remained, and was still there when we left Sunday morning. My guess is that hallways are serviced once a week on a prescribed day, but given that the amount of popcorn (there was HEAPS!) would be a slip hazard, it was pretty gross to have to navigate through our entire stay 😓

Really enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna. Impossible to work out how to get there though as it's in a different building, if the staff hadn't shown me the door I would have never worked it out, it's in a residential apartment so it doesn't look like a hotel entry.

wasn't sure if the snacks and water were included or need to pay for, not obvious but there was some mention of a welcome pack in the info sheet, not sure what it was though as it was unclear. I wanted to use the water but didn't want to get charged.

Nice, clean, spacious apartments, with separate living area to bedroom and bathroom etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. A comfortable stay for a weekend away.

Lacks some basic facilities - room a bit stuffy and smelly, small fridge did not have an intact freezer (just that small section that doesn't keep ice cream frozen) and no coffee machine. Would be amazing if you could order food direct to your door, but you have no choice but to leave the apartment to meet delivery drivers outside or go get a coffee. It would be nice to be able to stay in and have a slow morning with the facilities you need in the apartment.

The views from the 18th floor were the best, was for my daughter and her best friends 18th birthdays but it was my favourite hotel stays in my life. The included breakfast cards were amazing too really enjoyed that perk. The photos of the rooms did make seem bigger than it is - but that is part of good business marketing 👏

The thick hot air in lift lobby like walking into a sauna could really use some air flow in those upper floors. That the pool shut so early. That I couldn't stay longer.

Staff were helpful. I like 24 hour reception - particularly when I have an early check out. Bedding was very comfortable. Location was great. Short walk to the airport bus and grocery store and restaurants close by. Also easy walk to free tram and central market.

I forgot to report that the television wasn’t working well (remote seemed only to turn on off and change channel - volume unchangeable and smart functions unable to be selected). I ended up using my phone for a television.
