This Hotel has a fantastic lobby & reception area as you enter to check in with multiple elevators to get to your floor. Front desk staff member was very helpful and a pleasant man to deal with. The layout of the room was great with a very impressive bed and headboard design. My room came with two armchairs and a footstool plus a small coffee table for drinks snacks and the remote. Fantastic view over Currie street and interesting to see the mix of old and new buildings and laneways below. The selection of in room services was outstanding and service for in room dining was speedy and friendly with quality food items. Tv was loaded with all the apps for streaming content and a decent size screen. Good sized bathroom with bath/shower setup and great lighting for the mirror. Grab yourself a trendy straight outta Hindley can cooler for $5 as a souvenir of your travels. Great value for $ hotel and charge frozen for incidentals was fair.
Im tall so the shower felt a little small with the raised height of the tub but this layout is very common and prevents water flooding the floor from the shower. I think a few minibar items wouldn’t hurt to be stocked in the room maybe just snacks and soft drinks.

We loved the lift to the hotel included in the fare. The hotel was comfortable in everyway. We went to see the Dale Chihuly's exhibition in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. The garden are free and beautiful and the sculptures are scattered anound. You can see it at night for a fee. We were glad that we had seen it during the day as well so we knew where the sculptures were. The blue chandelier was amazing and will stay in Adelaide. We loved the spa and the pool although school holidays meants lots of small children screaming but as it was open from 6:00am until 10:pm, you could go later. We loved the bar menu especially the arancini and selection of drinks which you could order from the pool. The Duck san choi bau were delicious but eat something else if really hungry. They were fine for an entre or a light eater like us! We loved the bonus $10 voucher which could be used for food and drink AND could be totalled (which we did twice!) for not having bed linen changed daily. Loved the transport system and staff at the railway station. As an interstate senior with a card, you get free travel 9-3pm (not peak hour) and all day weekends for 2 weeks which saved lots of money. We went to Glenelg and Hahrndorf by public transport. Loved Rundle Mall and almost all the shops close by. We also went shopping at Mile End on a recommendation as it is away from the tourist strip and the prices are better.
The maps are crap everywhere and they are the same map from the tourist office, the hotel, railway etc.. Load an offline map which shows all the cut through streets and alleys. After 1 week we had learnt the names and short cuts to places we went but it would have saved us walking in the heat unnecessarily. The plumbing can be very loud so if you are a light sleeper, every shower and flush can be heard so either use earplugs or get very tired. I ignored it as almost every hotel (+ the expensive ones)have the same problem, but my daughter was woken by late showers. The black tiles on the pool area can get very hot so wear footwear!

Rooms were nice and spacious, beds were comfortable. Loved the pressure in the showers it was amazing. We loved our stay
Swimming pool was great and the kids enjoyed it but there is a few things that need to be looked into: Black tiles on a hot day are very bad, burnt feet when getting into the pool and even when you splashed water out the water heated and it was hot. When the tiles around the pool got the littlest bit of water they were very dangerous, my son slipped and hit his head, he was only walking along. Even as an adult and my niece and nephew slipped 5 year old and 7 year old. Very dangerous.

Check in was easy, room was clean and location was handy to buses and trams. Pool was lovely to relax by and cool off in.
Pillows were hard but requested softer ones and were provided lovely soft ones. I wasn’t a fan of the bed but my husband loved it!

Loved the location. Near to the station and tram. Comfy beds and pillows in our deluxe twin double bedded room. Endless hot water and good shower pressure. Good heating in room. Room service came quickly. Pool and hot tub area looked good and very clean but too cold for us to use.
Housekeeping hit and miss. Forgot coffee, had to ask for extra towel as took them and replaced with less. Bed wasn’t made one morning due to stuff being on bed but was made the day before with things on it. Hotel food… had one really good pizza but the rest of the food was well below average. The female staff on the reception were really helpful and friendly. The man who was there not so much, didn’t even say hello. Probably needs to work behind the scenes.

Very comfortable, the bed was great and comfortable. Good shower with great water pressure.
No place to boil the kettle except on the floor. The bathroom had a water sprinler quite low. The cord was too short for anywhere else.

Welcome was good and check in good. My king room was spacious.
Dated decor in room. Bathroom needed attention. The hand basin water didn’t drain but stayed in basin eventually but slowly went down plug hole. It needs to be noticed by staff when the clean the basin and a plumber to attend to water drainage. Toilet roll holder kept falling apart and toilet roll could not be placed into spool without falling apart again, this needs to be updated. Placement of power points needs to be reorganised in bathroom and bedroom areas as limited power points when using appliances with 2 people occupying the same space. Dated fridge in cabinet casing. Door to room needs repair work to seal door and locking system it is worn and broken.

Location was good and close to many places we needed to visit. Walking distance to Victoria square, central market etc. Spa and swming pool though small but clean and well maintained. There's a playroom with some board games, chess and a table tennis which we loved! Our booking included breakfast which was fantastic however after the 3rd day we got bored with the same menu of food again. May be some varieties for different days would make it even more attactive?
There is a parking onsite but at extra cost of $25/day and the parking is so small and everytime we went in or out, it was a challenge!!! We checked in late on a Saturday night and the street was full of drunks as there're so many pubs and bars there (yes we have small kids with us!)! But in the morning the street back to its normall busy street anyway!

Location handy to city amenities, but the immediate vicinity of the hotel was a bit grotty. Staff were amenable and responsive and very professional. It was great having a pool, but it didn't feel very heated as promised. I loved the option to extend checkout on Sunday to 5pm for $50 - this was very convenient for us with an evening flight.
The room was quite small, with only one chair for sitting, so a couple staying here couldn't sit on chairs. Even after asking, the shower soap dispenser was not filled for us. The quality of the room service food was not good, especially the pizza had almost no topping on it - a Hawaiian pizza had one piece of pineapple and about three small pieces of ham per slice - this is bad value for money at $25. The service time in the bar was so slow that we had to get our order sent to our room because it didn't come within the hour before we had a meeting scheduled.

Stayed here with my 2 daughters for 6 nights last August, and out of all hotels we stayed in Adelaide this is so far the best one on our list. We liked how the central bus station, UCAT testing center, Rundell mall , and museums are just minutes to walk. Restaurants and food chains such as mc donalds and hungry jacks are only 20-30meters away. Excellent location. My daughters love the heated jacuzzi. The hotel cleaners are friendly. The room is spacious, beds are very comfy, and for the first time this is the only hotel that actually have a smart tv where you can watch netflix, youtube, etc., and a bonus of excellent internet connection. My daughters have 2 hrs zoom tutorial everyday and not once they had issues with their connections unlike the other hotels we stayed in before. Lastly, we like the convenience of ordering hotel food through a barcode and kitchen service is fast. Overall, very happy with our stay here. cons: we can hear footsteps and noises of other people, not sure if coming from hallway or room next door. suggestion: it would be lovely to see smiley and friendly front desk personnel at all times.
