this appartment is perfect.. i stayed for a night after a 12 hours flight to montreal and we were stunned to see the appartment once the door was opened.. it was cleaned spacious and equipped with everything
overall all was good… just the check in was a bit late…I reached quebec around 12h30 and requested an early check in… unfortunately i waited in the car outside the appartment for almost 3hours… i was waiting for the maid to leave so i can check in but the maid already and i didnt know if i can enter the appartment of not..

Walking to Old Quebec takes just over 20 minutes, and there are many cafes and small restaurants near the hotel, making it a great location. The room is simply and warmly decorated, and spacious. The host was very responsive, even though it was a public holiday.
There's a bar downstairs, which can get quite noisy, making it a challenge for light sleepers. Both of us sleep easily, so it didn’t affect us much. One small suggestion: the fake plants in the room could be cleaned regularly to remove dust. As someone with allergic rhinitis, I sneezed as soon as I walked in.

Very nice rooms with full kitchen facilities and an outdoor roof top deck. Although it was a little cool, we still sat outside in the late afternoon for a drink. Also laundry facilities available which was useful. There is easy access to the old city by bus with bus stops nearby. Also many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
If you have a lot of luggage, the steep stairs could be an issue, especially if you are on the top floor. There is also a late night arcade bar across the road that can become noisy on a Friday and Saturday as it is open to 3am.

This apartment was charming and comfortable. We really liked the location in the neighborhood of Saint Roch, which had restaurants, grocery stores, parks and more. It gave us the feeling of being more than a tourist. One could walk to the Old City of Quebec (about 25 minutes.) But public transportation was also nearby. (We didn't have a car, but parking is available.)The host, Sandra, was very helpful and responsive, answering texts virtually immediately. She and her husband run the excellent restaurant, Le 101, in the same building and it was great to know she was around.
There was a bit of street noise from a club across the street.

Great communication, fast replies and extremely friendly / accommodating staff. The apartment is very clean, has a well equipped kitchen, not overcrowded with unnecessary decor and equipment. Great location. Parking is extra, but you can work with the hosts to secure a place by Dorchester parking, 5mins walk from the hotel. Due to a work emergency, I had to leave early and they were very understanding and worked with me to modify my stay.
The bedroom is by a busy local pub/bistro across the street. As can be read by other travellers commenting, people hanging out in front of the pub can be loud. The conversations may go until midnight depending on the day of the week. I suggest that the owners offer ear plugs or other mitigating solutions for this.

- great location - beautifully decorated - kitchen has everything for longer stays - cozy and warm - really good shower and water pressure
- There is a bar across the street from the bedroom and they are pretty loud until late. It’s not about the property and earplugs fixed the issue. Stongly recommend them - Cleaning could be improved. Found a few strands of hair in the bed, and some linens had greyish stains on them. Overall clean though. -Nearest parking is $20/day

The owner was very nice and so helpful! She writes back really fast and is a good host! The Apartment was very good equipped! It had a nice couch and a flatscreen. The kitchen had all we needed and was spacious. The bathroom was very big for two people and the washing machine + dryer was a nice extra.
The apartment was located on the ground floor right next to the pathway and the street. I'm not sure if we could have known beforehand but it was a bit noisy (not a main highway/street but just a busy area).

Location, proximity to restaurants and to Old Quebec.
Parking was a bit tough since the designated place was occupied, we had to look for one nearby, and after like 20 mins of looking, we decided to come back and luckily, we chanced upon the occupier when he was about to leave. Lack of A/C unit in the bedroom. Rest of the apartment was fine and cooler, but strange, the property owner did not put A/C unit in the bedroom. It wouldn't be a problem in the cooler months, but July to August, guests might be uncomfortable. For us, we only go the B/R to sleep ( duhh) and we just leave the door open, and crank up the A/C in the living room, but that can only do so much since bedroom door is in the farthest side from the A/C unit . It was June and it was a little bit warm to our liking. Other than those, the apartment is a solid A Minus.

The apartment is super easy to be in - plenty of shared space in the kitchen and living room area and a wonderful balcony and courtyard area. It is also light and airy and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The best part may be the neighborhood. There are many bakeries, restaurants, and bars (and a lovely yarn shop) within an easy walk of the apartment and the 1 bus and the 800 and 801 are right there as well so getting everywhere you want to go is super easy.
There was a strong cat odor in the bathroom that would not go away. It was only in the bathroom so it didn't bother us in the rest of the apartment. The primary bedroom's bed is very, very soft. The sort of soft that makes it hard to sleep for folks that are used to a firmer mattress.

Overall experience is correct. Just be aware that the apartment is on the ground floor. In the evening you have to keep the curtains down because you are like in an aquarium (in front of one window is an office, another one people are constantly passing by (you are almost near one of the principle tourist street). When it rains you hear noise of rain drops from the roof falling on something metallic, could be annoying.
