Big and spacious apartment, comfortable uncluttered. Very comfy beds. Lots of towels provided. Well equipped kitchen, big fridge, coffee maker Good location for coffee shops, about 12 mins walk to a supermarket, bus stop right outside to get into town or to the airport

The bedrooms had curtains rather than doors which was odd and meant it was disturbing to one of us if the other was up early or making coffee etc. No cupboards or wardrobes or coat hangers- so nowhere to store clothes, not great when we were there for 5 nights and odd given there's no lack of space. No shower gel/body was provided. No coffee or tea or creamer provided, not even a few as a 'starter' The fridge hadn't been cleaned since the last resident and the cooker knobs were also in need of a good clean. A 'tips' envelope was left out which I thought was cheeky given the apartment wasn't cleaned in the 5 nights we were there, and there are no reception staff. We didn't see a single employee during our stay - who were we meant to be tipping?!

Clean, nice decoration. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking / eating meals in. Building is quiet - no noise from neighbors / upstairs units.

No closets / drawers / limited hangers for clothes. Parking situation bit confusing and not really convenient. Window shear curtains are very transparent and provide little privacy from outside at night

Our second trip to QC, first stay however with Les Lofts. Modern, clean suit with pretty much all you need for amenities. In proximity of a few restaurants, coffee shops and a little market for groceries. Must say, get your reservations for Nina Pizzeria just down the street; excellent! If the sounds of sirens and a few horns irritates you then definitely this isn’t the place for you. Approximately a 15m walk to the Vieux Quebec City and all it has to offer.

Not a dislike but would be nice to have a closet of sorts, at least in the bedroom. There are no closets or hangers throughout the condo, therefore, clothing and such remain in your suitcase.

I was surprised by the clean, stylish decor of the loft .Everything i needed was there. I came with my mom and my daughter to meet the new baby in the family so were close to my Sister to go back and forth and have our private space where my Sister could also came and visit between baby 's Nap. We felt at home easily. It was spacious enough for us.

I had to send my crédit card number for a depot to get my electronic keys. I think it would be better if this is organised directly through the third party. I did not feel safe to send these lnformations by mail. Maybe trying a more secure ways for this part. I have no insurance about how these informations are dealt with, by whom, how are they are destroyed after that. I would like to have answers about that. Please!

The location of the loft, the rooms and bed were comfortable. The kitchen was pristine and comfortable to use. The loft was clean and entry was easy.

The bedrooms had no closets, not sure if lofts don't have built-in closets but at least a closed cup board or chest of draws were needed to put out the clothes. The shower room had a partial glass door hence water was splashing though the other half. there was no bathroom rug when we came in but we were given one the next day. The parking 1 street over was slightly inconvenient but maybe the best you could do in that area.

Close location to downtown, around 25 minute walking to centre-ville or the château, but be ready for walking up and downhills. The unit was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

We had to pay extra for parking, about $25 for the weekend, in front of the building. The windows had see-through curtains, so we felt people could see us through the windows when we had the lights on at night. The location was a bit busy and noisy as the unit was facing a main intersection with people and cars passing by day and night.

Nice airey spacious. Good location with some restraunts and grocery store, in the next street. Parking on open land in the next street. 20 min walk to the old town.

The door to the loft was automatic with a unique number entry. Door release sometimes did not catch unless pushed hard. Housekeeping walked in on one occasion with some cups and glasses( wrong apartment). The door travel alarm I use deafened him and me ! Door needs an internal night latch.

The property was modern, very well designed and spacious, very American style so perfect to experience local types of accommodation. It was well equipped with most things needed for cooking. It has a very pleasant rooftop terrace with nice views. Very easy check-in and check-out. Overall, very good value for money.

The windows could not open and despite the airco and ventilation available, it felt unpleasant after two days. The area had quite some homeless people around but I think this is due to a nearby social center they get support from. We did not have any issues with it and it’s not something to blame the accommodation for.

Unique property. Great location except for checking in and bringing your luggage in. Comfy bed. Great layout.

Parking is a disaster and near impossible to find. Trying to get your luggage inside is frustrating as you’re on a major roadway so there’s literally nowhere to stop in front of building to let your family out with your luggage. And if you find a spot behind the building, the back door is locked, once in, backtrack to back stairwell and bring all your luggage in up stairwell. Then go try and park somewhere. Maybe 3-10 blocks away.

Location was close to many good restaurants, boulangeries, and patisseries. Easy walk to Old Quebec. Room was very clean, large and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Getting into apartment required a visit to an office a few blocks down the street, where the key code was provided. (We did not have email capability on the afternoon of our arrival.) Staff was bilingual and very helpful. We found easy pay-for-parking across the street.

Two things: 1. A broom in the apartment would be nice, especially for guests staying more than just one night. 2. I would be more comfortable with a dead bolt or chain door guard, as all there is between you and the outside world is a key code.
