It is really nice, huge windows, simple design. The taxi service station is nearby and there are usually a few taxis there that can lift you around the island. The cost is around 300MXN to go to Cocos Beach for example.

The night I stayed (thursday) there was a noisy group of people nearby having some beers with music until late night. I couldn't sleep. Also some dogs barking in the morning, but not too much. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre, in Holbox it's a bit stressing to move walking because of the ponds that form in the streets. However I didn't need a torch to return there at night as there are lights and only had to workaround 2 ponds in the whole path.

Location - even though at the marina, it was about 10-15 minutes walk to the beach on the other side of the island (which was completely ok but as it rained on the day of my arrival, the street to the hotel was for all 5 days pretty much under water)

Sometimes little bit noisy and location is not perfect but it’s only a few minutes to walk to the other side of the city anyways

Rooms great value for money, clean, bed comfy, staff friendly and helpful

Location is far out of town (15 min walk) right next to the port so can be v noisey at times

Thank you for having me, I had a great stay. The room was really beautiful, the location was perfect. The wifi wasn't great and the walls are really thin so you could here everything from your neighbors. I still really enjoyed my stay.

- the room was pretty - there is a fridge - we could get hot water - short walk from ferry - staff was lovely

The rooms are super specious and seem really new! The pool is clean and the staff super friendly.

Bed was comfortable and the staff on site was easy to communicate with. Cost was great, you get what you pay for.

Its built kind of like a beach shack w no isulation so you can easily hear others. Something weird with the plumbing and smelled weird in the room sometimes. Toilet flush was extremely slow to almost non working. Location is near where the ferry drops you off but you still have to walk around to the other side to get to the accomadation, would be difficult with a lot of luggage. In general if youre not a walker, you might pick something closer to town center. Its 10-15 mins so we didnt mind for ghe few days..

the pier was nice.

the area next to the hotel was dirty, and it gives an ugly look to the hotel. the pool is very small.

Air conditioning. Close to the peir.

The shower flooded our room on the first night. The rooms are built pretty cheap so the walls aren't insulated and paper thin. That means you hear every single noise (TV, music, talking, even eating) from neighbouring rooms. There was no WiFi at all during our stay. The TV didn't work. Reception is only occupied during the day until 9pm so there is no on site support when things go wrong. We wouldn't stay there again.
