Staff were friendly. The balcony room was nice with nice furniture. Comfortable room & building throughout. During the stay there was some massive tropical rain showers which brings out the mosquitos. The staff on the front desk provided me with mosquito repellent before I went out because even the locals were suffering from them at the time. That was very much appreciated.

Check in process is a bit of a pain, when it is quite a remote place to get to. No smoking on the balconies outside the room. I expect rooms to be non-smoking but not the external balconies with the room door shut. Luckily had a room on the 2nd Floor. If I'd been on the ground floor I would have flooded out with the rain. Restaurant & Bar on the rooftop is nice, but again no smoking with a beer on a night time, even away from people & out on the balcony.

Spacious, clean, close to beach and close to town. There was a nice cafe next to it right at the beach to grab Mexican breakfast, we loved it! Restaurant at the rooftop did great dinner - seafood pasta and tuna steaks were our faves. Beaches are better on the other side of the town, but it’s all perfectly walkable. Would stay there again if at Holbox😊

Central to the town and almost right on the beach. You are able to walk to the hotel from ferry in around 15 minutes. Basic room a little worn around the edges but ok for the price.

Balcony was large with comfortable chairs but looked over a scruffy road and view wasn’t particularly nice. Other than the friendly female receptionist other staff seemed disinterested and didn’t acknowledge us when coming and going from the hotel.

Staff is friendly, they clean thoroughly every day, A/C works well, rooms are big enough and have a balcony. The property is well-located, literally 15 meters from the beach and close to the center. Let alone it was a very economical deal as I paid a low price compared to other hotels on the island.

The only downside is the WIFI doesn't work in the rooms so if you're planning on working from your room or from the lobby, forget about it. You'd have to go to a cafe to work from there. There is one in front of the hotel so not a big deal.

Amazing location close to the beach and close to town. The rooms are simple and according to the price paid.

Would have been great if they had beach towels and in the King room more places to store things. Like a shelf in the bathroom and in the room.

Great open reception area, very welcoming and comfortable.

Unfortunately whilst situated a couple of blocks from centre, very noisy hostel behind with music going on til the very early hours. Not great if you need to rest but ideal if you like big party nights if partying is priority.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They loved our kids and the place is 100 ft from the beach which is great for kids because it is shallow and there are no big waves or seaweed.

This hotel is an average hotel room, but is cozy and clean. It was also really dusty EVERYWHERE on Holbox because of how many tourists are flocking. It's not something the hotel can help, but it does get dusty.

the property is really close to the beach and main restaurants, everything is within 4 minutes. room was lovely and clean. The receptionist was so so so kind and helpful. we were looking to book a coach from chiquila to tulum but wasn’t sure how to go about it. she helped book it for us which was extremely kind

the room was spacious and clean, staff was lovely, room had shampoo and conditioner too which was helpful. a really good choice for you stay

Great location and the interior of the hotel, cozy terrace on the second floor.

The staff didn't give us the third glass although we stayed there 3 persons in one room, weird policy. 2 large beds does not suit for 3 persons:)

The location was perfect and the staff very polite and helpful.

We had to go and ask for our coffee filters and coffee since they would forget . No amenities like iron , hair dryer etc .
