Oke we are talking about a motel, not a hotel. So you expect a bit less. And that's the fun thing about this motel. Your expectations will be met in the best possible way. Our room was a nice size and had a cute outdoors with access to the pool. The check-in staff was the best, they put us in the best suited room for us and gave everything we asked for or what we needed (thank you again for the extra coffee! Whoop Whoop!). Swimming pool was heated. We are travelilng in spring and it's a bit chilly, but this heated pool is amazing. My kid has the best time here! You guys should market this USP better ;)

Room for improvement can definitely be found in the breakfast department. If you think you're gonna get a full continental, think again. But it's decent and you will leave with a full belly and ready to conquer the day.

I like the set up of the room two queen beds and added desk, adequate electrical outlets. The bathroom was sizable. we didn’t watch television but there was a TV there for the refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. so it’s location and everything was nice. We went down for the Monterey Bay Aquarium and it was close for driving. nice restaurants in the area. I like that. The Mandarin Chinese restaurant across the street is excellent the best food I’ve had in a long time. They serve the food nice and hot and it was a good that, I had a good day and a half that’s all I’m a say

This place is 5 minutes away from Del Monte beach. The Staff is really kind and friendly. The pool is heated (warmish) so that was great. They have a restaurant (different owner) inside the hotel that has good food at a fair price. I also like the fact that I was able to split the payment into 2 different cards. They have a small fit center. We used the security box. The lock was not working but they fixed immediately for us. Small size tv (22" or 32") but decent variety of channels. You get coffee ready at 7am until 10am plus some fruits (usually apples) and snack bars.

They don't clean the rooms daily but are willing to provide you with extra towels, toilet papers, garbage bags, etc. You have to leave your trash bags outside on your front door and someone will pick it up. The rooms are old and the cleanliness around the beds could be improved. The side doors (we got pool side rooms) are very convenient since we got 2 rooms right next to each other. However, one of the sliding doors was a bit rusty and was difficult to open/close. The space inside the shower/toilet area was way too small and I'm only 5'10" and weight 180lbs. Still, it was really uncomfortable walking in/out of the bathroom. The shampoo could be better, the bodywash was ok.

We did a sightseeing tour and booked this hotel twice within one week, The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We booked a cheaper room at the first stay. The room was clean and comfortable. For the second stay we booked a king size room for a few dollars more. We did not only get a bigger room, but a room with a nice view to the courtyard and swimming pool, with exceeded our expectation. The breakfast is standard, but good. Two waffle makers, variety of coffee, normal and decaf, bagels, toast, boiled eggs are available during breakfast hours. There is always a person available to help and to replenish items. A restaurant is also located in the same main building. All rooms are equipped with heat pumps, which are used for heating and air conditioning and operate quietly.

The Google GPS system guided us to the driveway of the hotel and there was a closed gate. We found the entrance after a view minutes of navigation. This is usually not a big issue, but it can be distracting after a long day of driving. But this happened with Google GPS. Other systems might be better.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Appeared to have been painted fairly recently and I appreciated the faux wood flooring. Always question the cleanliness of carpeting in a hotel room.

The timer on the light switch for lights over the bathroom counter/sink is very annoying and I don’t understand why anyone would think it’s a good idea. You might share with future guests that you are directly under the flight path for the airport. I wasn’t aware of this fact and tolerated the noise. Some guests may not. Fortunately it’s not L A International!

I loved Erika, she was awesome and so nice. I had called a few times in the time leading up to our room and Erika was very nice everytime, she didn't get irritated. She was able to get us a room downstairs by the pool like we had ask for when we reserved the room. She even knew exactly who I was when I checked in just by talking to me a fee times on the phone. The pool was perfect temperature, the room was very clean and the breakfast was great except for one other guest thinking it was ok to touch all the bagels lol. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay there again.

We were just bunking for the night on our way through so it served its purpose with a large room, comfortable beds and a functional bathroom. The staff were incredibly kind when we had to sort out a banking problem back in the UK.

The extractor in the bathroom was deafening loud!! The breakfast offering, for the cost of the room, is very limited: apples, coffee and cereal bars. Right under the flight path but that’s not really the hotel’s fault!

The pool is definitely a plus - the kiddos loved it. The personnel is really lovely and helpful - keep them! Room was not overly big, but provided enough space for four and corresponding luggage so that it was not crowded. The discount in the on-site café is also a plus.

Be aware that the motel is in the airport's entry lane. However, the airport is not too busy and most aircraft are comparatively small. And during night there is no air traffic. So the noise level is really bearable. I found the beds too soft for me as a back sleeper.

When more toilte paper or towels were needed, they were delivered very quickly. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The motion sensor in the bathroom could have stayed on longer. If I did not wash my hair, it was just fine. If I washed my hair the light went out before I got out of the shower. I have serious eye issues anyway, and it could have caused an accident. The lights went out on my grandchildren when they were in the shower, and it totally freaked them out the first time it happened. They are ages 5 and 3.

Although the hotel was a bit old, it was adequately renovated. Friendly Manager.

Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price, but after arriving we were informed that we had to pay for it. The hotel blamed Booking.com and offered 10% discount (thank you Mrs Manager). The next door cafe also offered 10% discount for hotel guests. Booking.com (after a fight) only issued partial breakfast refund (not happy with customer service). Hotel advised me to book directly in the future.
