This is one of the most exceptional hotels I've stayed at in the past decade. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond for guests. The location is phenomenal, the atmosphere is peaceful (even though it's situated in the center of everything), the breakfasts are fantastic (fresh-pressed OJ, made-to-order coffees, homemade cakes, non-dairy milk substitutes, etc.), the views of the lake are incredible, you can control your own A/C unit in your room... I had to leave Sirmione at 4am on my day of departure, and the hotel even offered to have a staff member make me an espresso before I went. They even sent me off with a homemade cake. Can't say enough good things about them!

Superb family run business who can't do enough for you, Always greet you with a smile and ready to assist you in all your needs. The best quality and variety of choices for breakfast we had whilst travelling in Europe. Excellent quality reasonable priced meals available for dinner. Table settings overlooking the lake with magnificent views. The room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable with a small balcony with views to the lake. Excellent location right on the lake and walking distance to everything, Paid parking on site. When we left we were greeted not just with a smile but hug and were giving a gift to take with us. Thank you to all the staff for the most enjoyable stay in Europe.

The location was perfect- in the middle of the town but you felt private and quiet in the hotel. It was so lovely to eat outside on the waterfront terrace, very relaxing. The hotel is picturesque with attention to detail. Room was spacious with very comfortable bedding and pillows. Towels were good quality and the room was very clean. Breakfast had good atmosphere and yummy food. Staff ensured that you were looked after. Carlos and his wife were wonderful ( as were all staff) They were welcoming, knowledgeable and made you feel valued. Sirmioni and Marconi hotel were our favourite spot during a month away.

Location is superb, right in the heart of the castle. Staff go above and beyond with welcomes and help with things to do and see and timetables for ferries and buses. A very big thank you. Loved the little outdoor space for a sunbathe and swimming in the lake to cool off from the summer sun. Breakfast was delicious would highly recommend the homemade strawberry and custard tart the pastry is soft and crumbly delicious. Breakfast by the lake is something special. I shall miss it. Car parking is available (with a fee) worth it. Fridge so water kept cool all day. A delicious treat at the end of our stay which came in handy at the airport. A wonderful stay.

I wish I had booked a balcony. There was a kettle but no tea and coffee I would imagine if you asked for it would have been given.

I cannot praise this hotel enough - one of the nicest properties I have stayed in. The hotel is located right in the heart of Sirmione, with views directly over Lake Garda. The hotel is amazing and dinner in their restaurant at sunset is a must! Despite being immaculate, quaint and ideally located, the best thing about this hotel is the staff! Each and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay and assisted us with planning day trips. I was so sad to check out of this hotel, but I’m already planning our next stay!

Our stay was more 5* than 3*! Beautiful homely hotel, with so many little touches that made our stay so wonderful. Breakfast was great, a lovely selection of pastries and also some hot food. The view from the terrace was stunning and perfect to watch the sunset from. And the little things like the positive/ affirmation signs, and games for kids to play, all just added to a lovely stay.

Nothing really! Perhaps some more fruit options at breakfast (but that’s being really picky!), or an iron in the room- but the latter wasn’t as issue as the owner arranged for a few clothes that needed ironing to be done for me (even more brilliant service!)

The property’s location is amazing, it is right in the middle of the town centre and our room was right on the high street but could barely hear any noise after 10pm. The real treat is the hotel back garden facing the lake. Absolutely amazing view, great spot to chill sunbathe , take a dip in the lake and watch the sunset. Breakfast is amazing everything is homemade, probably could do with a couple More savoury options but that nitpicking. very great choice overrall. Staff is also very attentive, you can tell the family running it pours a lot of love into it :)

Let's start with the brilliant location - the hotel is located in the heart of old town of Sirmione. From the minute we have entered the hotel till the very last moment - the staff have been incredibly friendly, chatty and helpful. Absolutely loved the interior design of the hotel, it's obvious how much the owners love and treasure it. The little details, decorations - it just made the hotel look so cosy. I wanted to take pics of every little detail - every vase, every picture frame, every statue :) Our room was bright, clean and had all the essentials that are required for a short (or long) stay. Brilliant breakfast - the buffet had a great selection of sweet and savoury foods (I may have lost the count on the number of pastries I have had) :) And you know what makes breakfast even tastier? When you are having breakfast and a cup of coffee with a stunning view-we always made sure to choose a table, facing the lake. And when it came to the check out time, we were given a traditional crumble almond cake (such a sweet gesture). I am eating this cake as I am writing this review :) Delicious! Thank you for everything.

What a location, I had to pinch myself. We pulled into hotel car park which was small and full but straight away the owner of the hotel came and greeted us with a handshake and assured us all would be just fine and said to leave keys with them We advised that we were leaving early the next day and we were pleasantly surprised to find that before we went to bed that night, our car had been pulled out and parked close to the exit meaning we would have a seamless departure. Such a nice touch 👌 The hotel was spotlessly clean, the decor was really beautiful and the views were stunning. It felt like a home from home and we were really able to relax for the short time we were there. In the morning of departure we were so grateful for the kindness shown to us. We departed before breakfast but Alexandro greeted us and offer us coffee and pastries and sent us away with a beautiful gift of Almond cake 🥰🇮🇹 Our only downside was that we didn’t stay here longer… we are already looking at our diary to see when we can go back again.
