Great meals, super friendly staff , bar on the roof next to the pool.

Permanent renovation, old buildings, old fashioned furniture, toilets so bad. Lot of teenagers so loudly- parties all night on balcony’s.

Hotel located not far from bus stop and in quiet place, you can get to the beach in 10 min. Food at restaurants was amazing especially dinners

Unfortunately the property looks old and need some renovation. Roof bar looks poor with cheep Plastic chairs and plastic tablecloths and Paper glasses at bar because they gave swimming pool on roof doesn't matter if you go to swimming pool or not you should use paper glasses or pay deposit for plastic wine glasses to use. Every day with new bartenders was not understanding if prosecco is included for all inclusive or not. Bar on first floor looked better but not work at evening. Swimming pool are small and area around also not that big. And you could see only roofs from other houses there not a see view Every evening was some dj or singer but nobody were good and we just fall asleep with that entertainment.

rooms big and spacious, lovely rooftop pool, great gym, didn’t use other facilities but they looked nice! and breakfast had lots of options and good coffee, also good location, 15 min walk to centre, in a quiet area

corridors, lifts etc are a little dated and musty, could do with a rejig (but doesn’t really matter) internet was sometimes sporadic

very clean place. staff were very good. hand sanitizer ar entrance. huge variety of food for all dietary preferences, health and religious requirements. i like buffet style. food and refreshments.. if the maltese eat here - then it must be good. there eere 3 swimming pools. the small oitdoor pool on the ground floor - right next to a large dining area reserved for childrens partys' - seperate from the restuarant, lots of separate areas for all ages and sizes. reception area had lots of loval info - street maps, reception staff very professional with booking admin. giving info where shops and busses are. arranging a taxi quickly. 24/7. and very friendly lady works in reception everyday in tourism section in reception area- lots of brochures and leaflets where you can look ar advertising day trips and tours of malta and gozo. she will book everything for you.. the indoor and rooftop pool were fabulous. great views of malta from the rooftop, where there is also a bar - drinka are inexpensive. there is nightly entertainment. both english and maltese live music. again. the maltese come there too. i always feel very safe in malta. yhankyou.

The Breakfast buffet included a variety of choices varying from English breakfast items to Continental breakfast, also salmon, bread, cereals, fruits, sweets, tea, coffee, and juices. The restaurant staff and also staff in general were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is also very clean. Rooms are also clean and with all necessary amenities. Location of the hotel is quite central and close to various bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The only complaint regarding the rooms is that the pillows are a bit uncomfortable, and that we have booked a double room only to find out that the double bed was two single beds moved next to each other with mattresses moving apart and therefore being uncomfortable. With regards to noise, the rooms that have their balconies looking to the internal courtyard/pool could be noisy at times if there is an event going on.

The whole hotel was fantastic. Great check-in beautiful fresh large room.. staff were great couldn't do enough for us . Even remembered me from a previous visit . Food was exceptional . Bar had full selection of drinks. Couldn't fault anything. Except the stay only being for one night 🌙 Thank you Soreda Hotel ill definitely be back

The hill you have to walk up once off the bus .... oxygen required at the top . Have not investigated an alternative walking route to hotel but definitely worth looking into it from Buggiba Bay 1 side

Very good breakfast and very good buffet dinner. Spacious room with all facilities. Early check in was most appreciated and an extra bonus to us. We also noticed some improvements to when we were last there..one of them being the opening of a new caffeteria and another by being supplied with plastic cards for access to room and indoor lights

Sadly we weren't provided with the room we actually booked...booking.com please take note. The room we checked in had a small " balcony" in a courtyard. There was also a courtyard at the back...the room was nice...but the point is that we were mislead. Also the room had a very small TV set, not like other rooms in the hotel itself which have bigger television sets. Requested a room at a higher level but was given a room on first floor...this could be because none were available, but then again the Hotel wasn't full.

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The hotel was very quick to react to cockroaches we've encountered in our bathroom thus solving the problem. The breakfast was excellent. The luggage room was free which significantly helped us on checkout date as we've had late night flight. Also, the room was clean, and cleaning service is spot on.

Only one power socket which is not standard type G (commonly found in countries which were not part of British commonwealth countries). Socket converters can be provided but at additional 5 euro charge which is funny.

Good value for money, early check in and amazing breakfast. Lot's of variety to choose from.

Just after we checked in we noticed that the mixer of the bath tub was damaged as the tap kept falling off, could easily hurt your foot. Brought to the attention of the front desk and informed me that maintenance will have a look at it. But they never turned up and we didn't bother to bring it to their attention again as we were only there for one night and once the tap was put back in place it was still fully functional.

Price and service is okay. I did not make a reservation for the evening buffet, but the nice restaurant coordinator was able to offer me a table. Big thank you for that. The evening buffet is very good. Large selection of dishes. The breakfast is rich and good as well. Nice & helpful reception staff

Check in at 3:00 pm is not up to date. 14:00 pm would be appropriate. I can understand if the pool bar closes earlier (05:00 pm) because of the weather. But a pool bar on the roof and with a covered area should be open on a Saturday evening. Plastic cups for cocktails at the bar on the first floor (ground floor)? Seriously?
