We didn't have a breakfast if there was one available we didn't know about it there was just coffee offered in the lobby for a couple hours which was fine. I'm in a wheelchair and so I needed a handicap shower and the one that was there was great I appreciate that thank you so much it's good to have a nice shower when out at a hotel.

But we didn't get breakfast where was this breakfast at this kind of kidding but no really where's the breakfast.

That when I said No..this took will never do..the girl was nice about it..and switched us out mo problem. Good customer service always wins !!

At.my request I had asked for a ground floor unit...but this one the girl tried to put me in .was gross..broken door between a two party unit..was not good at all I immediately said oh No...this will not do at all so we moved upstairs to a much better room...

Staff was awesome I felt very secure! I love walking into the office and seeing the security footage of the cars and property. It made me feel like the staff and company took my safety very seriously. The heater/ac worked very well.

Neighbors were a bit touchy not like that can be avoided. The beds were also VERY hard. I have a sensitive back and it really did a number on it. Doors and walls were dirty, there was cigarette burns in my comforter.

The front desk clerk was awesome we stayed above our family and had a great time playing with my granddaughter and the staff was wonderful about the noise LOL

The heater in 218 is retarded and I think it needs to be serviced

Amanda was a lifesaver! Someone failed to reserve a ground floor as I am disabled, but Amanda was quick to respond with help upstairs and ready to make accommodations for the rest of my stay!

I had a bit of trouble with the remote for the TV, but once I figured it out all went well. The check-in person was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I really have no complaints. I expected a clean room with a comfortable bed, and that is what I found.

The room was exactly what it needed to be. The beds were comfortable and clean, the room and bathroom too. I loved that they didn't charge additionally for pets, and the ice machine in the hallway worked.

The late night check in was a bit odd, talking to a young clerk through a window,, but I guess they get all sorts

Kaycee is such wonderful employee you have. She is phenomenal at her job and helping people especially the difficult ones.... Thank you Kaycee, you are the Best....

The service and the fact that they had everything set up for me. I was able to have my conference meetings with the global community

We loved the location, the front desk person was great! Everything so updated and clean.

We didn't like the guests upstairs. Not sure what they were doing but they were busy from maybe 11pm - 2am.
