This place was fantastic!! They had a washer and dryer so I could wash my clothes. I loved the little aread where you could buy frozen meals to prepare in your room in the microwave. The bed was so comfortable and although it is near the airport, you really could not hear it in the room we were staying!! BONUS!!! The front desk staff were incredible!! She even walked us to our room. *so sweet* We did have to pay extra to park. Haven't quite figured that one out. But, it was a gated parking lot and you had to obtain a ticket to get iin and they validate it when you get to the front desk. You get another one when you leave the parking lot and they validate when you return. Only one way in and one way out. We have already decided that we will stay here next year when we return as it is much closer to the event we will be attending!!! Looking forward to it.

Very basic room with comfortable bed. Room could have been a bit cleaner (hair on the wall of the tub). I was happy for the coffee maker in the room, but discovered that despite my very early (3:00 am) departure there was coffee available in the reception area! Also, it was pleasantly quiet. In so many hotels guest are loud, and doors slam a lot. My fellow guest were all very considerate and quiet! The staff is exceptional!

Our room was very clean, spacious, with large beds. The bathroom was also very clean, with everything you need for a shower (with liquid soap, which is much better than bar soap). The guy at the reception helped us book the shuttle for the next day to get to the airport. We were allowed to enter the room a little earlier and leave our suitcases.

The shower curtain did not cover the entire space and the water leaked out a little. The lady at the reception told us that she had reserved the shuttle for us for the next day, but that was not the case. Thanks to the guy who was there at night, who checked it and booked it.

A great hotel! Staff was over the top great. We’ve been traveling internationally for two months, and this was the most comfortable bed out of every stay! Super clean room. Just a few minutes from the airport and they have an airport shuttle that was free and easy to schedule.

Parking has to be paid for, but it’s gated so it was nice to have it secured. They don’t have free breakfast, but they do have a shop to buy snacks and quick meals, and also free coffee!

Brenda at the front desk made our stay! We thought we had booked a usual spot near PDX, then realized the 'mistake'. After running through Q/As with Brenda we decided to stay... we will again, too! Room and bed were comfy, plus fridge and microwave included - always a necessity! Shuttle bus was super convenient and we had parking at the hotel on this short trip Quiet and safe location

Restaurants are close but not easily walkable all hours

The room was comfortable. We requested first floor since there are no elevators and we have health issues.

The entrance is difficult go find in the dark. The swing shift male employee was borderline rude. He was got helpful when we ask for information and he acted like we are a bother. The night soft person was really nice and helpful. I prefer to stay where i can leave my car while away but I wasn't given that option online when I booked and was told by the unhelpful employee it would cost more to do it that way.

Room was clean, super simple but had what I need like a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the free shuttle to airport was a simple request to schedule. The room seemed to be pretty clean to me.

Nothing comes to mind. I was only there for a night so I got what I needed from it.

The staff was friendly and welcome, especially as we checked in at 9 pm. The morning staff were great. Ease of location to the airport

Good location, the sound of travelers in the hall getting ready to go to the airport meant my noisy little family wasn't an unexpected disturbance.. The gated.parking lot gave us a feeling of security. Cozy, clean room, and the windows open, allowing a little.fresh air in.

Our room.was.toward.the middle of the hotel, and we had access to just a staircase. An elevator would have been very helpful. COVID is technically 'over' but there was no coffee, and the restaurant was shut down. No working air vent in the bathroom and the bathtub stopper was.missing.

Very comfy bed. TV and internet worked well. Good to have a little store as the restaurant was closed..

Night staff behaved like he didn't want to be there. Answered questions adequately with no real amiability and no eye contact at all for each of the 2 separate stays I made within a week. Shower sprayer handle had a piece missing. Maybe have a second delivery menu for something besides. Pizza stuff (like something Asian or American fare).
