The breakfast was wonderful. I was starving! The staff at breakfast was great. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice kitchen area. Pretty quiet overall. The shuttle to the airport was great. On time and he helped me with my luggage. I really appreciated that!

I don't usually stay in a hotel anymore. I paid almost $180.00 for a night here. There was not a restaurant on site. They had some frozen meals to nuke in your room. So I bought that. I wasn't told I needed to use my key to operate the elevator. So that took up more of my time to figure that out. Not everyone knows the ins and outs of hotel technology these days. I did not like the small pillows on the King sized bed.

We have stayed at many H2S in various cities. This one is typical in decor and room style. The beds were super comfortable. The pool clean and great for the kids. Breakfast delicious with a variety of food options. The breakfast attendant was very nice and helpful. Close to the airport. I would recommend a stay here if in Portland or flying from PDX.

The bathroom door would not close and stay shut. Made for a few uncomfortable moments for my teenage kids.

I give this hotel my highest recommendation. Both of us have stayed at between 2 and 5-star hotels, and we were impressed. The room was HUGE with full size refrigerator and freezer, porcelain dishes, glasses made of...glass, coffee maker, full-size microwave, and even an oven and cooking burner. My favorite was the privacy curtain between the double queen beds and the couch/kitchen/bath area. Besides that, storage was incredible: multiple drawers, underspaces into which one could put suitcases or other bulky items such as strollers, and shelves to hold items such as wallets and purses or clothing. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Front desk was consistently kind and helpful.

These were only small things: Only one regular coffee packet in the room; a "fresher" breakfast would be nice vs. premade breakfast sandwiches that one microwaves, and more fruit; and the minor hassle of $10 per night parking requiring taking a ticket to open the gate when coming in and validating that ticket on one's way out to get out of the parking lot. This "wait" in line at the desk for ticket validation could cancel one's ability to leave quickly in the morning.

Property was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the airport. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I really don’t have anything to complain about….sometimes parking was an issue if we came back to the hotel late.

The location was convenient.

There was a info folder in the room that stated you would not pay for parking. We paid the room and it never stated anywhere as we were renting it or after the fact that we would be charged $7.00 for parking. At check in there was a typed up sign that there was a $7 parking charge. Seemed shady and maybe even a scam (I took a picture of it as well as the folder saying no charge for parking if you guys need to see it in case it is a scam.) Otherwise we would have been very happy with the stay.

Everything was perfect!!!!the Staff was so friendly!!! I felt safe!!! Love that you have to use a key to get up to our room!! Pool was Amazing!!! food was Great. My mane was on the TV as a Greeting so fun!!! value was great!! we will be back for sure!!!

very disappointed that Pool and hot tub not working because if I had know I would have chosen to stay else where! I also don't feel like I should have to pay for validation to park as we pay a lot for the Hotel. :(

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice my room was. It was really nice having a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. I was able to purchase microwave meals in the lobby of the hotel and use the dishes in the kitchen to eat my dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. Plenty of storage for my clothes. Nice large screen smart tv. Packets of sanitizer toweletts left under the tv to wipe off the remote. Free shuttle service to the airport that ran every 20 minutes - this was very convenient! Staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Portland!

I love the cleanliness of it!!! I love that My Name is on the TV for a welcome! I love the Kitchen in our room very comfy bed!

Pool should stay open all the time 24/7/Why should I pay for parking as we choose this spot :(

We really loved and appreciated how clean and modern the room was we will definitely stay again whenever where in the PDX/Vancouver area.

Took 2 stars off only because we were charged twice. I mentioned to the gal at the front desk that I had already paid thru Booking.com and even tried to show her my proof of payment from my phone but she didn’t want to see my receipt and said if anyone books thru a 3rd party the room is only reserved, credit cards are never are charged and pay upon check-in. I didn’t appreciate that at all. Had to call Booking.com and they contacted Hilton in which they had to do some research on their end and did agree I shouldn’t have been charged. Booking.com was the one who issued me a refund thank you very much thus minus the 2 stars.
