We loved the breakfast, the hotel was really nice, very clean. The pool area was a little dreary. Nothing special. Our room was huge and comfortable. The beds were a little too soft for me but bed comfort is subjective. We got a late check out which was awesome! The area was perfect with a gas station, restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance. Everyone on staff was very nice

The pool area is drab. Nothing special and the pool isn't heated. Towels were not very soft and the water pressure in the shower wasn't very good

I like the location which was 10 mins from an event we attended at the American Airlines Center. Lots of food places nearby. Free parking. Breakfast was decent just ends earlier than we are used to.

We thought we were going to park on the side to be able to enter from the side door but we couldn’t get in using our room keys. We got the green light when we tapped the card but the door would not open.

Just double check hotel has received your reservation from booking. Arrived & had to wait about 25min because they didn’t have my reservation. Booking had the reservation on their website but the hotel hadn’t received it. Staff was able to fix the problem.

The Visitors!! OMG! I told the receptionist how tired I was from working all night! she said she understood. She put me on the worst floor every! next to people with lots of kids and dogs they slammed doors from the time check in til check out so I didn’t get much rest at all should’ve just drove home instead of booking a room!

Just the 2nd day all omelets were with chesse and I'm alergic, so I couldn´t. I requested early check in form more than 2 months ago and was not available. Check in is too late at 3 pm. I payed additional 25 usd, even I requested long time ago.

Breakfast was ready, area was clean and inviting. Food selection was good.

We would have enjoyed the swimming pool if it was heated. I know this was early in the season but my grandchildren love to swim. I would have enjoyed a hot tub.

Large room for 4. Clean and friendly staff. Typical Hampton breakfast. My family loved the pancakes. The breakfast staff were very accommodating. Location was great. Peaceful stay.

We needed to use the sofa bed but the mattress was thin and uncomfortable

fairfield next door messed up my reservation so we had to check in here and let me say it was definitely worth it, breakfast was amazing, the room was super clean, pictures definitely need to be updated for this location because rooms look way better than the pictures here. We got a king suite with sofa bed and it was all 10/10. Everything was very clean, we needed extra blankets and pillows for the kids late at night, front desk came right away with extras. That’s definitely awesome when it comes to customer service.

the second day breakfast was served late and was missing things but I believe they were short staffed in the kitchen area so Definitely understandable.

That they Allowed a dog that would attack another dog especially another animal if it was a service dog it shouldn't have been considered a service dog when it would attack another dog that was in there that I brought with mespecially when he said it would kill a pitbull and it already did Previously said very loud and very clear in the lobby

Location good! Not far from downtown. Breakfast need some regular pork sausage and bacon.

They really need to make sure they have sausage and bacon avail for breakfast. That would make it perfect!
