The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The Portside Restaurant on the Roof Top was a game changer for drinks and excellent food on the roof of the hotel every night. Amazing place to hangout and decompress your day.

This place is an absolute Gem in the Riviera Maya, clean and comfortable. I would like to see the bar open at 10:00 AM and then the restaurant opens at 3pm. Access to some snacks and drinks would be ideal. Hope the spa opens soon and the downstairs restaurant as well. Will make this place unbeatable.

Staff, especially Ilse who was sweet and moved us to the king room we should have gotten at check-in however the storm caused loss of electricity and all power. Rooftop pool and views were amazing, we were sad that the restaurant wasn’t open yet, the photos online were misleading.

No restaurant, limited breakfast, should have.been pastries from Boulongerie across the street that were excellent, even if only one per person. Breads provided were tasteless and fresh OJ was always running out. On a positive note, coffee was excellent! Staff was always friendly & kind.

The room was clean,modern and spacious. The mattress was so comfortable,one of the best beds I have slept on. The hotel is near the beach and many restaurants. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful(unfortunately I don't remember her name,but I believe it started with IL) Will definitely come back when in the area.

There was no hot water on the first night and none in the morning.

Really comfortable bed and pillows. Gorgeous roof deck with infinity pool and bar. Complimentary water, (good) coffee and snacks. Nice shower. Easy street parking. Close walk to beach. Helpful receptionist who booked us a snorkeling tour on almost no notice.

New ,modern, clean, small hotel in a relaxing village Puerto Morelos. Relaxing stay after a long flight. Free coffee at the lobby. There is small Fruiteria couple of houses away - when exit hotel turn right, where you can get cold fresh juices.

No breakfast included in room rate! The entrance is difficult to acnowledge on first sight.

Very clean property in a great location near lots of bars and restaurants. Rooftop pool was fantastic, with brilliant views. Staff were very friendly.

My understanding is the hotel is new so there is not much I can fault. If I had to pick something I would say the breakfast was quite basic, but you are in walking distance of lots of places.

Booked it super last minute and they were so accommodating. Lovely welcome when we arrived and able to get into the room early. Really well priced. New bed. Central location. Excellent!

Slightly noisy at night, and missed somewhere to sit that wasn’t the bed in the room. No furniture on the balcony.

Clean rooms, great location!

Rooms are small, especially the bathroom which was hard to even enter. No where to hang up wet items and no water fur brushing teeth in the room. Breakfast was a coffee machine and some pastries from the grocery store.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and attentive staff. Good coffee.

A suggestion for improvement, a few chairs and a table in the room would add a lot more comfort.

Breakfast not available , but a good coffee machine in the lobby, what this hotel has, is excellent staff Very helpful. All the rooms are different in size ans some have a small fridge and some not.
