Keyless check in. No need to interact with front desk. Went straight to the room. The room was clean.

The comforter cover on the beds was very irritating. The raised design on the top was rough and uncomfortable to sleep with. This isn't within your control BUT the person in the adjacent room made so much noise we didn't sleep the first 6 hours of the night. It sounded like they were jumping on the bed then off onto the floor and running around the room stomping. We were exhausted in the morning having to leave at 6:30 to catch a flight.

Appreciated that we could get something to eat after flying all day. Room was clean and quiet.

Staff at front desk could act like they care. Friendly customer service goes a long way in getting high reviews. Maybe the girl at the front desk needs to find another job if she is that unhappy.

The hotel is a bit far from Boston and it is not the most convenient one to go if one wants to be close to the airport.

Comfortable hotel near the airport. The staff were amazing . Great guy on reception who helped us out with our rental car which we were having problems with and the guy on the bar deserves a pay rise , he was running the bar and serving food he never stopped .

Bar shut at 10pm . Shuttle bus was easy to get to the the station however not so coming back . We joined a que for return pick up which should be every half hour . The people directly in front of us had been waiting about 45mins however the ladies at the front had been waiting over two hours ! There’s nothing around the station area and it was heading towards dusk . We decided to walk which took about 30mins but it’s not a pleasant walk along side the busy highway.

Shuttle service was especially helpful to us! But while returning from airport to hotel, heard exchange between the front desk staff and the driver and we understood then that there is a break in the shuttle from 2am to 3am but otherwise it’s 24/7. We were so relieved we made that shuttle cuz we caught it at 1:45am (flight delayed!)

Front dest staff was very friendly but there was a fan blowing loudly at the front counter and we noticed while waiting at the counter that people calling in couldn’t understand the guy working at the counter and so they kept asking him to repeat what he was saying. But meanwhile the fan was blowing loudly right next to where he was talking on the phone. He was seemingly oblivious and bothered that he had to keep repeating himself.

Shuttle was great and convienent, Didn't get to try the Breakfast, And the shuttle had me at the Airport in plenty of time.

Very clean and very friendly staff! Love you shuttle drivers you do your best job! ❤️ People, when I read your comments that problems with shuttle I want to cancel my travel to this hotel, but I risked and 100% you are not true. I used shuttle not only one time from airport to hotel but for 5 days so 8 times (I have International Congress in Back Bay so I need shuttle to airport from there to centre and every evening from centre to airport and with shuttle to hotel no problems! Tips to shuttle call. 1. When you take your bags! from airport then call to hotel and ask shuttle. 2. Listen carefully where you have to stand for shuttle. Ex. Terminal E - E107 not first street but straight 1 m second street. It depends from wich terminal you are coming. Terminal B second floor and etc. Listen carefully or ask twice! 3. Maybe hotel can officially mark notes in web page where to stand or create app 😉 4. If you don’t respect their job and you are angry call taxi, but I just love you ❤️ thanks you are amazing!

There can be more breakfast options and not paper cups for drinks. But with breakfast everything is ok!

Breakfast was great and had a large selection. There was some confusion with the shuttle as this information is not on the hotel website or on Booking, so we had to call the hotel twice to know which shuttle to look out for at the airport. Staff is helpful and rooms are clean--although a little outdated.

Shuttle information was not listed on website. I understand if the shuttle information changes, but at listing stating that if you cannot find the shuttle or need more info to call the hotel would be helpful. We also chose this location as it is near train stations that go to central Boston, but the nearby station was closed and required us to take another shuttle to the train station.

Shuttle was very convenient and the drivers were very helpful. All staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous from the breakfast staff, to the counter staff, to the drivers. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of charger plugs. Always a good thing.

Dinner was the only disappointment. Breakfast I expect to be standard and mainly ultra-processed food given it is included in the room charge. The fresh fruit was a good alternative. Dinner was extra and not a good value for what I paid. It was a "grilled" chicken sandwich which with a drink was over $20.00. The chicken was weird - a formed, warmed up patty on a bun with a bag of chips. I know it's Boston, but still.

It was helpful to have a shuttle bus running basically every 30 minutes, and they did the best they could with the holiday demands and weather-- best to look at as a courtesy and appreciated. The hot breakfast was good and some different items daily, and the indoor pool was warm. The staff let us check in early with our airport arrival and this was very helpful. It was good to not have far travel from the airport as needed.

Cannot be greatly helped unless perhaps thinking outside the box, but Wood Island T does not have a shelter for pickup by shuttle bus in snowy weather
