The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hallways had a pleasant atmosphere, and the building felt modern and fresh. There’s also a large supermarket nearby where you can find anything you might need.

That said, I did notice a slight breeze of cold air while lying in bed. The room itself wasn’t cold, so I assume the windows weren’t fully secured, letting some air in. The bathroom also had an unpleasant gassy smell when the water was running, which was a bit off-putting. As a woman staying alone, the neighborhood felt a bit unsettling at night. While nothing specific happened, it might not feel entirely comfortable for solo female travelers after dark.

The property is very nice, conveniently located and close to the beer factories. It offers lovely rooms providing good facilities and very well equipped. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Recommended also for short stays.

There is still space to improve some details, such as showers to be located far away from the bathroom door in order to avoid doors conflict, the vending machines acting a bit incoherently and the communal toilets lacking a little care in terms of utensils (for example the toilet brush could be softer, to prevent water from dripping around when using it). These are just minor matters though, all in all the place is really nice and comfortable.

Very nice staff, super helpful. Very smooth check in. On our departure the front desk employee arranged a taxi for us, since Uber didn’t work. This is like a student campus, that also functions as a sort of hotel, (amazing concept up on further research) Great atmosphere!! The room (double room, 2 single beds) was comfortable, nice beds, very practical kitchenette, big bathroom and very clean. The COOP supermarket is just around the corner, 20-25 min walk to the old city center, but rest assured, there are cafes/restaurants in the area as well. Bar da Beppe e Anna, is a must visit for a truly local experience; great atmosphere, authentic, regional food and the owners are just lovely.

The location seemed a bit out in the sticks (I was panicking because my adapter didn't fit the sockets on the train, the power bank I had didn't have the right cable to charge my phone so it was useless. My phone battery was dying. How was I going to rely on good old Google Maps to get to my destination?). Had to get a bus from the Torino Porta Nuova station, about 11 stops and walk about 7 mins to Camplus Regio Parco. Several buses serve the area near Camplus. However the next day I walked to Porta Nuova station. It is walkable and not out in the sticks as previously thought (me smiling). Along the way I came across the Lavazza Coffee headquarters, The Mercato Centrale and lots of other places of interest. Room had a little kitchenette with cooking utensils and cutlery. Also a microwave. Didn't use though but can be handy for someone staying longer and wanting to prepare their own meals. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Staff were friendly I'd definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Turin but will get a Deluxe Studio instead of a Studio. The building has been in use for about 2 years now. Everything looks new, has a lift, a gym, areas to sit and relax and to play pool and table tennis. It has laundry facilities (a bit long winded to use the laundry - one has to download an app and use your debit/credit card to pay for the services of washing and drying) the app wouldn't recognise my UK post code. Luckily one of the students used their card to operate the machines and I gave her cash - 5-6 Euros I think for washing and drying. This isn't a criticism - just stating facts. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that

I can't think of anything

The fact that you can have a tea in your room or make a quick soup is so comfortable, it is a small studio really, towels are even change every day, I did not think it was necessary, so I told them no need to.

I arrived from a horrible Airbnb which was one of those nightmare situation, Diego the receptionist was moist welcoming and helpful, it is rare to meet such gentleman in the reception.. gracias Diego por tu gentileza..

We were very impressed with the place and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms - huge! Excellent en-suite shower rooms. Crisp bedlinen. The rooms and the whole place were super clean. We slept so well as the aircon kept the rooms cool during the heatwave. If we had wanted to we could have used the kitchenette and dining table and chairs in the apartment but we enjoyed the excellent food and service at Woody's cafe/restaurant next door.

We were initially concerned that the neighbourhood was a little further out than we wanted and it looked run down in parts as it is a working area of former factories/ fabrication companies. But we found that it was very walkable into the main part of Turin. And as it turned out, we really enjoyed the neighbourhood restaurants.

Spacious clean modern rooms with self catering facilties. Nice service, nice common areas. Walking distance (15mins) to central town. Supermarkets nearby too. Can book your own pad court if you want!

TVs are there, but need to use your own accounts see see anything from it. Very limited food/ drinks on site. And not much nearby. Although those nearby not bad ( eg Woody’s pizza).

We usually book Air BnB, this was a private apartment amenities plus! The room was exceptionally large for a “hotel” room, like an apartment. The building had so many extras. It was also full of “twenty something’s” as it is typically used for short stays for students, working travelers and interns in big companies inTurin. So imagine all the services they need - exercise gym with multiple machines, large laundry room, with a fussball game table, paddle tennis field, private off street parking and a 24hr reception desk for assistance at all hours.

Nothing.

I needed quick, same-day accommodations and booked quite late in the evening. Despite this, the whole process was speedy and smooth. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I had questions.

The location was a little far for me, very quiet, but it was just a short walk to the wonderful neighbourhood of Vanchiglia. There are lots of great restaurants, bars, and some vintage shopping spots!

very comfortable accommodation, above expectations, the cleaning lady cleans and makes the bed every morning. There is someone at the reception 24/7, I also liked that there are cameras and it is safe. shop at the end of the same street, a 20-30 minute walk from the center

The only thing I didn't like was the kind of pan they have, the Teflon peels off, which can be dangerous, and the blinds could not be closed. also if it was a little warmer it would be great
