The room was nice, clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. Good breakfast provided with stay. Good spacious bathroom.

Location of room! Booked a room overlooking pool and balcony with a view. Room was a standard room located on first floor facing a half concrete wall and elevated parking lot with vehicles in your face while sitting on balcony. Mentioned it to lady at front desk at checkout. She ask to see my confirmation on Booking.Com , after looking at it she said that it was Booking.Com’s fault because the only thing they received was booking for one standard room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful The place was very clean we loved the private balcony on each room Would definitely stay here again It was close to shopping and a beautiful waterfall Mingo falls a short drive and 1/4 mile hike highly recommended to see oh and see the mini zoo with bears for $6 it’s so worth it while ur walking around shopping. Great lil coffee shops too

The breakfast was ok ….. More of a creek that runs into a river fir ur view It was low from the rain though But ducks are on it it’s very cute and peaceful

We actually have been so happy here that we only stay here when we come to Cherokee.

This trip was quite different. A cleaning staff male walked in on my spouse and I on purpose, while we were not dressed. He used his key and came in. The office was immediately addressed and the managers. My spouse and I do not feel the necessary steps were taken though and unfortunately we have no desire to return. We had music on and we were not checked out. He opened the door and stood there and watched us. Office staff and food staff and other cleaning staff has always been Wonderful!!

Gorgeous property,very friendly staff. The room exceed my expectations. After reading a few recent reviews I was skeptical,but I have nothing but positive and good things to say about this property. Beds were comfy,room was very clean and the view was amazing.

If I had to find one area that can be improved upon,it’s the breakfast space. It’s a bit crowded and not the best layout. But that is really looking to find anything negative about this property.

The hotel lobby was nice, the breakfast room was large with a nice view. Free breakfast was good, except for the eggs. Fresh batter and waffles maker, always great choice for me. The room was large, with large, clean, and comfortable beds. The room was clean, stacked up with basics like coffee, towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. Overall, it's clean.

The eggs for breakfast were not tasty. Too salty and watery? If that makes sense.

I liked the location, everyone was friendly! Everything seemed clean. Loved the pillows!! Also had family with me that stayed in two different rooms and they were able to get our rooms side by side!

The only thing I didn’t like was they held $100 deposit more on my card. We had no problem after checking out it just automatically went off. I had two more rooms for my family and I had to tell them what was going on, I was worried something would happen with the pending $100 on there accounts. Nothing did and everything went smooth!

I wasn't made aware of the fact that there were no microwave in unit. The pool was closed but advertised and no notification was given. The balcony had an excessive amount of ashes and driver webs and the room smelled of smoke upon check in. We purchased air freshener and swept off the patio and enjoyed it though.

The personnel at the Cherokee Inn were very friendly and helpful. When my husband was having a hypotensive episode, the front desk staff came to our rescue, bringing a chair for him to sit in.

My husband is disabled from Parkinson's disease. He has problems with weakness and muscle strength. We had a good disability access room on the second floor, but the breakfast room is on the first floor. It seemed silly, but we managed by getting in our car and driving down the hill to the breakfast room.

The Quality Inn Motel is nice and updated with a friendly staff and a great complementary breakfast. I recommend it. Several Stores and sit-down resturants and fast foods are within walking distance. Quality Inn is only a 4 minute drive to the Casino. My friend (TN) wanted to take me (FL) and another friend (KY) to the Charokee NC Casino, it's been 20 years since our Casino trip to Reno NV. So we found a decent priced room near downtown Charokee NC at the Quality Inn. I know your probably wondering .... well 3 of us lost or as I see it we donated $1020.00 to the Charokee Tribe. We won over a $2000 -- but you know ... ching, ching goes those slot machines, we spent over 16 hours (2 days) enjoying the atmosphere and the many other things to do besides ... Ching ching! Charokee Casino is very large and offers shows too. Great memories.

No shuttle service on weekends. Oh well ... it's only a 4 minute drive to Casino or to shopping downtown in Charokee

staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good except for the ceiling fans that cooled your breakfast off as soon as you got it. Heard several people complain about the fans. Our main complaint was that the outside needs a good pressure cleaning. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the river but it was really nasty. The rails and outside walls definitely needed a good washing. Also, each room should have at least 4 towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Other than those issues, it’s a nice hotel.
