The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Joining rooms make it a great place for our family of 5.

Shame about restriction on some facilities due to power saving measures. but understandable.

The staff were amazing and responsive to chat messages. They gave me free parking because it was my birthday, a very kind gesture! Everyone was very nice and pleasant. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant and friendly in the hallways, too. I was glad to have secure, private parking on site.

No air con in the room, or at least it's still deactivated this time of year, despite temperatures over 80°F outside. It was pretty hot for me overnight and made it difficult to sleep. I couldn't sleep with the window open due to traffic noise (which wasn't a bother with the window closed). Excellent location walkable to everywhere in the center, including the train station.

Very central location. Refreshments provided for new arrivals. Whilst our room was quite small, as described, it was located at the rear of the hetel and is pretty quiet. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful.

On one occasion I took the stairs from the fifth floor to reception; the lights went out in the stair well just before I reached the reception, leaving me in the semi-darkness. A bit more time on the lighting system would be good please? Trivial I know - which should give a hint of the high standards throughout :)

It was very close to the historic area. It was quiet for sleeping. New windows that opened wide for great ventilation. Appreciated that the toilet and shower were in two separate rooms which makes getting ready in the morning much faster for two people. Breakfast was very good (coffee was excellent). Hotel staff were helpful. We could leave our luggage after check out as our train didn't look eave for several hours.

The bed was a little too soft.

Position was great in the middle of town. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. The bedroom was clean.

The room was very noisy due to the traffic outside but that is due to being in the middle of town. However there was a fan outside the bedroom window that was unbelievably noisy. The bathroom was fine but the shower was not good and barely worked.

Quite spacious room with large double bed and a single bed for child. Clean. Nice bathroom and shower. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Small swimming pool and spa was nice to have. Very welcoming and polite staff. Nice bar Good location near town and station

Nothing really- all was great. There are some limits on times for spa and hot water due to increased prices but these were advertised clearly.

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was amazing. All of the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly and the bar was a great place to unwind. Great location for the station and the city centre too. Will definitely come again!

Lovely hotel, very central with friendly and helpful staff. Nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast room with a varied breakfast.

Unfortunately, as we were only there for one night, we didn't get chance to use the swimming pool.

Staff were incredibly friendly and there to help. They spoke English even though I tried to speak terrible french. The sparkling water on tap was amazing

I think there could be glass glasses/cups in the room.
