A great location for any train travellers as very close to the train station. There was a nice welcome on arrival. I enjoyed a complimentary cup of tea from the facilities at reception. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available from early morning which was great as I had an early train to catch. Staff were professional. The breakfast buffet provided lots of options.

There was nothing to dislike, everything was good.

Excellent location. Greatly appreciated the coffee making facilities (kettle) in reception. I brought coffee and tea bags with me on holiday but disappointed to discover that in-room tea-making is not routinely provided in hotels in Italy or France as in UK. The reception area kettle was a nice touch of hospitality.

Our visit coincided with very hot and humid weather. The fan provided didn't add much comfort and was noisy through the night.

The weather was very hot, and the hotel rooms have no air conditioning (although fans were available in our two rooms). Driving into the underground car park can be challenging if you have a larger car since it is very narrow. You have a public paying parking lot 100m away, which could be an alternative.

Great position right opposite the station. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The hotel has a lift . Reception staff helpful and friendly.

Our room had a pipe in the left corner, pipe was extremely hot. This meant that the room was very,very hot,slept with balcony door wide open,that was the only minus point as otherwise I'd give 10

The bed was very comfortable. The facilities were well maintained and the small space well designed. Everything worked well. We arrived on a very late bus and the hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the bus station. It is next to the train station so location is excellent. The hotel is staffed all night so entry at 2am was easy.

Everything suited our needs.

The bed was big, clean and very comfortable. the bathroom was good and clean, we were there on our return from Switzerland, and we needed a good bed to rest before continuing our trip to Spain.

Maybe the attention at the reception, nobody was at the desk at our arrival and we had to wait a bit, but I am not complaining, just answering the question.

Very friendly staff proposed that I leave the car directly outside the hotel rather than use the underground car park opposite because the car was too big (not enormous - an estate car) Very good breakfast.

Right by station- no street lighting at night , so easy to find. Old station hotel nicely modernised, cosy on a cool night, quiet despite being by station. we arrived at 1am instead of 19.00 because of blocked rail line- that was not a problem. v close to old town which is beautiful

Value for money ,great location,was there for 1 night and we want to go back ... Everything is smooth and everything approximately just 5 steps from the train station ....we will definitely be back ... Comfy bed

The location is excellent, just across the street from the train station and with several nearby restaurants. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced.
