Nice modern hotel. Close enough to the area of Roma where all the restaurants are. Easy to uber to any other part of the city. Nice!

Mini kitchen not really useful but the fridge works.

It's really easy to reach the sights from this hotel using public transit. You're only a few minutes walk from the frequent buses on Reforma (nearest subway stop is currently closed). Don't bother with the bus on the main road. Room was pretty large. Decent and comfortable beds (not queen sized) and bathroom. Very useful little kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stovetop and dishes/silverware. Plus a table and chairs. Good light. Front desk staff is nice and helpful.

Really loud spot since you’re on a major road (not all rooms face that direction). Hotel needs double paned glass. I was able to dampen sound with AC and by blocking windows with pillows but bring ear plugs. Coffee maker didn’t work (also odd that they didn’t replace supplies daily). We were there 4 nights and they didn’t clean every day. Could really use a closet or more hangers/storage space.

Great decorations, nice lobby. Early check in was accommodated. Good bathroom products. Helpful and friendly receptionist. Phone number provided for anything needed at check in, with prompt communication. Nice touch with some local treats at bedside. Comfortable bed. If you like walking — well positioned to popular bars and restaurants.

Room needed cleaning touchups and hangers upon my check in. Quickly resolved when I texted the provider number. Air conditioner not working, and no fan provided as back up, so I often woke up sweaty. Tricky thing is the window opens up near the highway — so be cooler but it’s loud, or quiet but you are quite warm!

Our room was dirty. They were clumps of hair in the shower and bathroom. The room wasn’t clean at all. I asked for maid service and even agreed to wait until the following day since it was late. The room wasn’t cleaned as agreed until the final day of my three day stay. I felt uncomfortable to even bathe.

Surprisingly well equipped rooms - even a yoga mat which was a really nice touch! Rooms at the back were quiet even though close to the road. Staff at front desk were lovely. Very good value for money - for a new, clean, well-equipped hotel. Safe area to walk around at night no probs.

Slightly far to walk to public transit (as some of the closest metro stops have been closed for a while).

I loved the location, only a 10-12 min walk to the Angel, very convenient. The room also had a small fridge and microwave which was extremely useful.

Unfortunately the bathroom, everytime we showered all the water went out. Every time the shower was used the floor outside would get really wet, all around the toilet and almost to the door

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a lot of stuff. A safe box, a desk, cooking supplies, microwave, TV, and a great view from the window.

Sometimes there wasn't hot water. But there was hot water *most* of the time, especially in the morning when I needed it. I'm guessing they were doing maintenance.

Vive MX was our first stop after a very long flight. The staff upon check in was very nice, provided us with a lot of useful information. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area is very safe and nice to walk around. Had a first try of really nice pork tacos in the area. There are a lot of nice bars and restaurants around the block. Definitely recommend Thank you team

Super nice well decorated apartments, fantastic location - 20-30 minutes walking to Roma and Condesa. 1-2 minutes walk to tons of restaurants. Super nice front desk staff.

Pans to cook with need to be rented from the front desk, not included in the rooms. Cleaning crew seemed a little understaffed and sometimes came late or couldn’t arrive when I had a break from working, but overall not a huge issue.

The location was middle point to everything plus you can find restaurants and bars by walk, around the area is really pretty so I would recommend to take a walk to see the streets, our stay there was very pleasant, the facilities were really pretty and comfortable, really good deal for the price!

The water pressure wasn’t that strong and it takes time to get hot water
