Our bed was super comfortable. The heat was set too high. We wanted it cooler so ended up just turning on the fan all night to keep the room at a better temperature. It was still a little too warm. The room is tired. It would look much cleaner if someone went through and repainted the baseboards. Especially the bathrooms...would make it look so much better. Staff was very nice.

Friendliness and helpfulness of front desk staff was great. The room was very comfortable and perfectly sized and laid out for my needs. Price was my reason for booking and I was very impressed with the facilities and staff. AND the Texas waffle was the best!!

Location was perfect!! management & staff very friendly & extremely accommodating! My room was very neat & clean!!Travelling alone sometimes I am a bit nervous. Yet, after meeting staff & management I was very relieved! This will be my go to location to stay at from now on when traveling there to see my family!
Nothing to dislike!!! Management, Location, parking, room was very clean & the air conditioner was extremely accommodating. it was so cool in fact I turned it off while I slept it was so cool in my room.

The property was simple—clean, affordable and quiet. Nothing fancy but a very comfortable stay. I was greeted upon arrival and departure by friendly staff. This is the second time I stay at this property. Good value.

The staff
The first night I stayed on the third floor and I have a hurt leg and pet and it was a little difficult but I talked to him and they put me on the first floor of the next day and everything was great

I like the bathroom set up and I loved the bed.
The fact we couldn't have waffles for breakfast cause something was wrong with it. And the cereal was a little stale.

New wood flooring. I hate carpet at hotel/motels. Manager was very friendly.
Bed was too hard for this old gal! Also other tenants had loud music on until 10:00 at night!! I'm an early to bed person.

Central quiet place in Kerrville. Rooms were very clean, clean towels, clean sheets and working microwave. Staff was very nice at check in and check out

Easy access. Near to restaurants, stores, coffee shops.
Most rooms have doors to outside. No elevator- stairs. Breakfast did not offer any protein.
