It is a no frills property but has everything you need! Clean room, hot water, cold air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, soap & shampoo plus complimentary breakfast. It has it all! It’s a small property with excellent parking. Your car is always close by. It has a lovely outdoor pool and green space right outside the back door! Very convenient for dog travelers. The staff are always handy, helpful, and friendly! It is a very clean property both inside & out. The rooms are quiet and clean and afford a good night’s sleep.

The location was great, far enough from town to be very quiet but close enough to reach town quickly. Staff was very friendly and efficient. My special requests were noted and allowed. Was very pleased to find my room and bath were exceptionally clean as well as the entire facility.

Stay would have been perfect if I'd slept well, but the mattress was too old and had broken down. It even creaked.

It was what I expected for what we paid. We liked the free breakfast and waffle maker, the complimentary coffee and hot water all day, and it was quiet, even with the motel being fully booked. Most of the staff were great. Inside areas were kept very clean.

The outdoor pool wasn't very clean, it had all sorts of bugs and plants in it. Maybe it was too early in the season for outdoor swimming though. The place definitely showed it's age, with some rust around the doorframes, holes in the bug screens and towels that looked ready to become rags.

The property was in a fairly good location as you still needed to drive if you wanted to go to Main Street. However , the room was clean. Breakfast was good as it had self serve waffles and everything you would need for a simple breakfast, including boiled eggs. Coffee was good and was available 24/7.

The only thing that we didn’t care for were the beds. Too firm for our liking but they were on a platform so there was no noisy springs.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The a/c system was the hot/cold, high/low system and if we shut it off when we left the room it got extremely humid inside. The sleep temp was either too cold or simply too warm with the settings. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and well maintained. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Nice, quiet hotel. It was close to foreboding Fredericksburg, which is exactly what we were looking for.

The hallway was a bit too warm considering the hot weather outside. The second-floor hallway smelled faintly of something similar to cigarette smoke. It would've been nice to have outlets on both sides of the bed. The one on the side closest to the door was a bit too far away from the night table to actually be called "close".

Cute, quaint, easy to get to. Random, but probably the best water pressure for a hotel shower that I’ve ever had! that was awesome! slept comfortably, staff was friendly and helpful.

breakfast area was very small and they didn’t really want you to take food back to your room. if some people didn’t do that, there wouldn’t have been any room to move. the price was very high for one night!

Basic breakfast. Cereal, waffles, bananas, juice, cofee. No fake eggs and bad sausage! Clean breakfast area!

Tv remote needs replacing but full tv program s Great beds refinished rooms. Best rates in town And we’re not Double Priced like other motels for weekends.

Older building, but clean and the air conditioning worked great! The price was better than most other hotels so that was nice, too. The room was small, but big enough for our needs. A comfy chair would’ve been nice but the bed was comfy to me.

We loved that the place was very clean and the beds were excellent for our backs. We woke up feeling completely rested. The outside flowers and plants along the entrance and driveway were beautiful.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. We were very pleased with everything.
