Central location to airport. Great included breakfast. Ability to have a late check out. Free easily accessible parking. Small but clean gym. Facilities are spotless.

They have a central patio that needs a green space. No garden or pool or hot tub. Space could be utilized better. Just had chairs and not even comfy ones. Also staff neglected to give my passport back when I checked in and had kept it in their reception drawer causing me to panic when I couldn’t find it. Only for me to ask about it when I was checking out.

there is nothing around, except that it's close to the airport but you cannot walk to the airport (10-15 min drive). They offer shuttles driving you to your terminal which is very convenient. I wouldn't walk around the hotel, the area feels sketchy. the breakfast was included but because our flight was super early, they prepared a nice lunch box for us.

the rooms could use a renovation or upgrade. you cannot go out of the hotel, it's only for sleeping

I really liked how well organized the staff were in finding my reservation, they were even expecting me. The room service was really nice and the food was really good as well. The price for the comfort, room size, and proximity to both downtown and the airport is completely unmatched. They even provide a shuttle service for guests.

It was a very stark contrast to navigate the basement garage in comparison to the lobby and the hallways. I recommend more signage and more lighting as it seemed really dangerous and solitary down there.

This is a nice, clean hotel near the airport. The rooms are spacious. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. The wifi works well. Breakfast is well served. They had high-quality tea when I was there (for a tea fan as myself, this was a happy finding).

To get in and out the hotel, you need a car. It is not located a nice area for walking. They can't help it. Their convenient location to the airport requires them to be there. The only thing that they could change but haven't is the extreme use of disposables. Breakfast is served in disposable plates and cups. I hate it.

I really liked its location and the transport service to and from the airport. The staff were very courteous and well-prepared, and they fulfilled all my requests. There was a level of attention I did not expect. The hotel is modern and full of comforts. Definitely a place to return to if the opportunity arises

The hotel is close to the airport and easily accessible. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a big plus.

I was not able to book the airport transfer that was promised in the booking because the front desk personnel did not speak English and I could not communicate with them neither by phone, nor by messages. After arriving at the hotel I realized that some of the employees do speak English and it's a matter of luck whom you find at the reception when you need to book the transfer.

The entry way into the reception is DARK and hard to navigate. The stairs are not well lighted and we tripped several times. The room was very comfortable, but there is NO "atmosphere" anywhere. All the walls are simply poured concrete-- boring and unattractive! (Ok, maybe that's not important, but after a while, it really seems opressive!)

Kitchen staff was very friendly. Dining room was super clean during breakfast time. The smell in the hallways was very pleaseant. Room service was EXCELLENT. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy going. My husband and I stayed overnight to take our flight back to our house and we chose that hotel because of the proximity and this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back. It is now one of our top 3 hotel experiences in our traveling life!!! :)

The beds were uncomfortably firm. I wish this place would be pet-friendly.

Impossible to find the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The phone number given did not work. Ended up taking a (much too expensive) taxi.
