"The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute drive from the airport (if not traffic). We arrived very early and needed to check in ahead of time; the early check-in fee was 50% of the room rate, which felt very fair. They also allowed us to split the payment for the early check-in, which was really helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast, though basic, was delicious. Mayte assisted us with the early check-in and was exceptionally committed to making us feel welcome and comfortable. Great service all around!

The room didn’t come with an AC remote or hair dryer by default, but you can request them from the front desk. Just something to keep in mind if you need them! Note that the water pressure isn’t the strongest (a common issue in Mexico City), but it’s safe and consistently hot!

For those who are seeking an economical hotel close to the airport, this place is a great choice. Hotel MX Aeropuerto is a MODERN economy hotel - meaning that it has good, basic amenities (and then some) to suit today's travelers. Amenities: a comfortable, new bed with thick mattress, good sheets, good hot shower, coffee 24-hours a day, everything very clean. The hotel also has a very adequate hot breakfast buffet that comes along with the room fee. Twenty four hour desk open to receive arrivals.

Very clean the most important thing the sheets were neat. Location, close to Airport. Little convenience store very close to it. Feel safe, and great location. The front desk greet us very kind and friendly.

The parking site. We didn’t have to take the car out, but surely it would be a hassle to get out back and forth. Also the AC is too direct to the bed. Maybe I should ask for more information about it, but couldn’t figure out how to redirection the airflow. Other than that

I loved our room ❤️ it was super big and clean. It is our second time using this facility and the first time the room wasn’t as big but everything was clean. This time we got lucky and got a nicer room. You have everything you need and the receptionist was very nice. You also get free breakfast from 6am-9am during the week and have free coffee and tea 24 hrs. The cafeteria and terrace area are very nice and well kept. They also have a weighing machine in case u need to check your bags before leaving to the airport. Quite área and very close to the airport.

Since you can always improve, I would recommend having free water such as the coffee and hot water for tea or at least selling bigger water bottles in the vending machine. A water bottle is $20 pesos and is not even regular size bottle.

Close to the airport and was a clean place to stay for one night. They had a 24 hour security guard onsite and receptionist. The hotel also has an elevator which was handy. We also thought the 2x lollipops in the bedroom was a cute and nice gesture. The bed was really comfy.

Their wifi was not working... Then once it got later into the night, the wifi was working because guests started to go to bed. So less people had to go on the internet.

10 minutes to and from the airport. Great value. They offer tea and coffee for free 24 h. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is decent. The decor is nice.

The air conditioner launches air directly to the bed, so it's always too cold. The shower is only separated from the bathroom by half a glass door. There is no shower curtain. When you shower the bathroom floods a bit from the slashing shower water.

Great location, I needed something close to the stadium. Metro station was close by. Comfortable bed, modern amenities. Decent breakfast. It was enough for what I needed for 2 nights. A bit pricey for me but I would stay again if I was in town for another concert.

There was hair on the bathroom counter, and the sink was plugged.

The breakfast was good (chilaquiles) and the room was ready at 12pm - true to what we were told on the phone after we asked - before our official check-in time of 3pm. The room was also very clean, with light-blocking shades and a comfortable bed with pillows.

Besides some picnic-style tables and benches, there wasn't much of a lobby for us to hang out while we waited for our room to be ready. We were only booking the room for the afternoon to get some rest before a layover flight, so even a comfortable sofa would have gone a long way. Also for a travel hotel, we were surprised there weren't ramps available at the entrance to make bringing luggage in a little easier.

2nd stay here. Front desk is always nice and efficient. Only about 10 minute taxi ride from the airport. The entire place and the rooms is always clean and they're very nice and modern. Wonderful shower. And they'll call a taxi for you when you're ready to go and I have free breakfast

It was an ok place to spend a quick night after my canceled flight. It was the cheapest I could find in short notice and close to the airport.

There was a lot of noise, I only had 6 hours to sleep and it was an impossible task. you could hear everything in the hallway and the traffic outside.
